The 3/4 has tank situation is deceptive in a way, why? Make it a full tank on pick up

Nothing of value to add.

Realty like the online rezzy option. Not a huge fan of the 4-5 upsell things I had to decline to move forward. One or two is ok, but 5 is a bit much and frustrating if your not thst online savvy to realize you have to hit unselect

A minor disagreement about not having a copy of invoice for supplies to be returned. They were clearly still in the original wrapper, unopened, and it turned out it was fairly easy to look up via my credit card number. It seems silly to require a paper invoice, when companies like Home Depot can come across MUCH friendlier. C'mon, U-Haul! You can easily look better than this...

The truck was fine and the help at the location was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything more

The guys were awesome and professional. Helped us hook up the trailer and when we brought it back they unhooked it. Jumped right into action didn't even have to ask for help. Keep doing what your doing. Great job guys and team work.

Used this location before, always quick, easy and friendly. I drove off with empty/recycled boxes. Forgot all about them. Probably not the spot to apologize to the kid who took the trailer, but if it makes its way down, tell him wasnt intentional.

The morning I was set to return the equipment, I called very early asking if anyone was available to unload 4 items that I could not unload. I explained that I lived within walking distance of the location and I would pay for the extra service. I was told that I would receive a return call. Three hours later I called again and was again told that they would call me back to let me know if anyone was available. Finally 2 hours after that call, I called again and was told that I would receive a return call within minutes. I never received a call back from anyone at this location regarding my request. Additionally, I was charged $0.99 per mile and I drove close to 250 miles. While my friends were waiting for me outside while I was checking in the vehicle, they were told that mileage ranged from $0.59 to $0.99 per mile. Additionally, my friends said that the person working outside the area was very rude to them. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was not allowed to rent a 5x10 trailer for my one-way trip. Forced to go with a 6x12. More expensive and harder to tow. Not pleased.

I pulled up to drop the trail and no one came to get it I had to go inside and get the dude to come get the trailer so I could leave then I had to drop it myself just unprofessional
