Benjamin BThe people are great but your equipment is not what you advertise on line. Your 6x12 trailers indicate that a 6 foot wide object could be comfortable hauled. I haul lawn mowers and utvs. I was very disappointed that the rental I paid for after seeing the specs on line that are incorrect only had a 57" opening. This means that I had to remove the front mower assembly from a large zero turn on my own and physically drag the deck onto the trailer. I am currently being treated for back issues and as a result...I am deeply disappointed in the experience and feel misled. Out of four 6X 12 trailers at this location only one of them actually has a back opening that exceeds 60 inches. I made sure to get it the second time I rented a trailer and then the third time I needed one I reserved this wide opening trailer...Whoever had it out did not bring it back so I was out of luck. The staff know I needed the wider opening and just shrugged, I feel I should have been offered a trailer that could accomodate my needs since I made the reservation and you all dont carry a trailer that lives up to what is advertised on line.

David HReturning, when I dropped the key in the lockbox, unintentionally I left the car running. Because it was locked, I could not stop it. The lockbox had a number lock, so if I could get the number, I could get the key out and stop the car. A s excellent your booking system is, the bad is your customer service. I called, after a hefty waiting time I got finally a person on the phone. After explaining the problem the lady told me she would connect me to the right person..... and I was back on the main menu ".. very important to us, your waiting time is about one hour...". The waiting time was less, but the whole thing repeated four more time. Trying to use the chat option on my phone, I could not even start the chat, nobody answered it. You can save probably a lot of money by simply shut down your "customer support". It is not a help and the people there are very polite but absolutely clueless! I left the car running overnight and saw from the final bill that it used 5 gallons of gas until the next morning. Will be a nice story to tell over a beer to others!

Jason HThere was no problem with the location. The issue was the U-Haul site allowing me to reserve a hand truck at this location which WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION!! It is not a problem with the store - they were very helpful, friendly, and apologetic. But I spent the first hour of my rental driving around trying to find someone else to rent a hand truck.

There was one person handling the line and it moved pretty quickly, even though he had to run in and out of the building setting things up. I really would encourage this location to have more people working at once. I think this is a lot to put on one person.
George JDon’t like the dollar per mile charge plus filling the tank at end on pickup truck rental. Don’t advertise the 19.95 pickup rental when the actual cost is 4 times that.

James FNever had a quick or easy check-in at this location. Today I did everything online, but the truck assigned didn’t exist and so I had to go through the counter. Guess what? 9am arrival and 9:40 before the truck was available.

Melvin OLet people know that a reservation at a particular location means preference, not guarantee that the equipment is going to be there. I always thought that making a reservation at a particular spot is where you're going to pick it up, that's how it should be.

Kevin RHaving the salespeople stay visible for drop off would be nice. We didn't realize there was anyone working until we finished doing an online check in, and I believe it would have been faster for all involved if we knew she worked there and if she stayed until we were finished checking in on the app.
