I am very tech savvy and your app/Qr code return process does not work well. I could not get the mileage/gas gauge photo to load from my iPhone. I had to use your built in exit button to abort the photo upload step.

I picked up an enclosed 5x8. Immediately, I knew there was a tire problem, probably an out-of-balance issue. I took the trailer back the next day and explained the situation to Harry. I believe his remark after looking at the tires is, there is a little wear on one tire and we do not have any other trailers. he did not offer to change the tire. I said I am going to drive mstly highway speeds anyway so I did not want to wait around or go to another location to get a trailer.
We brought it back the following Monday and informed the manager and he reduced the cost of the rental and understood our position.
