Quick and easy very simple

KATHY WYour online pricing is deceptive and your return policy requiring photos only thru your app is a brilliant way to piss off your customers. you promote the flat daily truck rate up front, and then reveal there is a per mile rate near the final payment screen. you require a dozen pictures taken before returning, but only thru your app, and you don’t reveal this requirement until I’m at the store dropping off. It was cold and raining when I returned the truck and a lousy last experience to leave a customer with. Ever heard of a “customer journey map?” Look it up and do it.

Sherrell WYour company contacted me 2 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle to tell me that it was trapped in ice and unavailable. The storm that caused the ice was a week prior. The next location they sent me to had a massive line because your system was down. I was hours behind by the time I finally had a truck.
Adam HIf this was the Feasterville location I didn't even get to use it because no one was there to open it when I went to pickup. I had to have my reservation changed after waiting 30min past opening/pickup time. I was transferred to the Bensalem location, which was fine and the workers were very helpful. But the overall experience was terrible.

francine dHave someone that can speak to a customer , they acted like I was bothering them, I have spent a lot of money at this location over the years, last year alone was over 6,000.00. They sound like they were to tired to speak.

ROBERT Ame having to download an app I felt like I had to do all the work wile the U-Haul employee just sat there playing on there phone and it took forever to rent a vehicle and to return a vehicle

LEONARD SThe option to do business in store should be removed from the website if it's no longer available (which is what I was told by the clerk). I was unaware of the change until I got there and was told. Checked my email and saw i received an email stating my reservation type was changed to online, I had to download the app, go through the prompts, ect the morning I picked up my truck. Maybe it's an option as some locations and that's why it's on there but if not, I suggest removing it so people are aware upon reservation that additional steps need to be done ( and I assume can be did earlier than day of pickup)
CHRISTOPHER HThe checkin process is abysmal. Doing everything online is painful. Why scan my DL and have me take a selfie when the associate across the counter could verify my identity? Why have me enter contact info for 4 people to rent a truck when you have my credit card info?

ANDREW RI prefer this location due to its proximity to my home and they customer service that I get there. Top notch! And, I love the ramps on the 4x8 trailers!! They make loading so much easier. Please increase their availability!

ROBERT AI had reserved a dolly for my pickup, and my reservation was before uhaul opened, so I used the app and was able to get my truck. But no dolly was included. I tried to get a refund multiple time through the support chat, but for whatever reason the chat stops working so I have not been successful in getting that refund

TOMASZ ASetting up the app was easy. Making a reservation was easy. Picking up the truck was an easy and fast process and I will rent here again.

helen pLocation was dirty and messy. When I pulled up at mid-day no one came out to greet. When I went inside, staff was in the back room. The requested I just pull the trailer around back and leave it. That was the end of service. A few days later I was charged for an extra day, because they never bothered to check it in. Had I not taken photos of the trailer, which had a time stamp I would have been charged. When I called on it, they were just as aloof. This location is not a shining star and I would not use it again.

JENNIFER NAfter reserving an auto transport to be picked up in Absecon, NJ, 6 days prior to rental, I received a text saying that none were available in NJ. They located one in Bensalem, pa. Fortunately, I have an employee that lives near Bensalem so he picked it up for me. They Gave my employee the wrong trailer. Called me to ask that I have him circle back. When he brought the replacement trailer to me & I loaded my car, I found that 1/2 of the hook on the front safety chain was gone. I use U-Haul frequently & usually have a good experience. This was not.
