Seems like it takes too long to get equipment at any of your locations. I schedule on line but still wind up at the counter. I think you should offer a discount for vets or for charities. I rented a cargo van to deliver holiday gifts that were collected for children who were in need. If I could prove that it would have been nice to have a few dollars knocked off the total. My truck was clean on the inside, but could have used a wash or at least a rinse on the outside. It was difficult to check that all damage was "X'ed."

I was charged an extra $25 for cleaning because there was some dirt on the trailer hitch area and a little dirt on the drivers side rubber floor mat. Your next customer will not be me or any friends that ask for my recommendation. I was disgusted.

Made reservation Monday for 7am for upcoming Saturday. Received email, day before that reservation wouldn’t be till 11am. Called local and 800 #. They could not help us. Asked to be called if a truck came in early. They did not. I called them and “oh yeah” truck is in. Gas and mileage were incorrect, had to go back in. They corrected gas but couldn’t correct mileage. Told us we would benefit because it was giving us extra miles but it wasn’t. We were charged for extra miles when we shouldn’t have been! Overall, not a happy customer,

Prior to drop off, I called to verify the time the truck needed to be returned. I needed a little extra time, and was told I could have it without additional charge. U-Haul is a class act. I would definitely use your services again and highly recommend to friends.

Have more than one employee renting the vehicles because all it takes is one slow person with tons of questions while other customers wait. We made an appointment for a reason.

Oh boy where should I start? To spare embarrassment to Uhaul, I'll send a detailed letter to your company. Explaing my "I paid you to screw me over today" experience. But, start with vehicles that operate. That don't have every warning light (check engine, low tire pressure etc) lit. And don't bill someone when they couldn't even do the work they rented your product to do. Lol now I get to "Sum it my review" I'm sure it'll not be shared.

Everything was great, only thing I can complain about is I needed a box truck (got a 10ft) and I rented an appliance Dolley, as an employee when you see someone renting those two things won’t you think the customer needs a pull out ramp with the truck??? I didn’t even second guess that it came with one because I just assumed all box trucks come with them but that’s obviously not true. I ended up hurting my back due to the extra work I had todo to bring the appliances in and out of the truck. Just a simple question like “ I see you are renting an APPLIANCE DOLLEY do you need a ramp with your truck?” Very simple obvious question that would have saved my back from sooo much pain.

So my review is not directed towards this location. They did a great job at the physical location. However the call center was one of the most painful experiences ever. I called the day before my scheduled pick up to verify that my equipment was available. They said they had to rent the one I reserved over 2 months earlier to another customer because someone else did not return their equipment on time. They offered another trailer to use but that type wouldn't work for what I needed it for. So I call the call center and was placed on hold for 40 minutes while trick or treating with my kids. I was set up for another trailer at a different location. After the call I check my reservation and they set me up for the same wrong trailerat the original location. Call number 3 wait another 30 minutes to find out everything is closed and that I would have to call back in the morning. Call in the morning and find out that the one they thought they had reserved for me was going to be taken out of service. Call number 5 now they only have 1 trailer available and I have to travel 45 miles to pick it up. Since my trip relied on having this trailer I drove to pick it up. I asked the call center about the reservation guarantee and if I could drop the trailer off at a closer location but they said I need to drop it off at the pick up location no exceptions. They also said that I didn't qualify for the reservation guarantee because I didn't physically go to the location and get disappointed. I spent over 3 hours on the phone and an additional 90 minutes picking up and dropping off the equipment. I will tell everyone that I encounter about this horrible experience and ensure that anyone that needs a rental that they rent from somewhere else.

I do not rent trucks that often. The only thing i could think of is maybe a service where you pick the customer up at his house, work or wherever. I had no one to drive me over to your place of business. It made it very difficult to get there and back home.
