This was the second and last time I will ever rent for this location. they are just plain rude and not helpful at all. when I called the lady I spoke with was so nice show up to store and waited then younger guy had an attitude about me asking a question. too bad no wonder they always have every truck in the lot all the time. Common courtesy is gone.

I would recommend that location to a friend because it is close and easy to deal with. The problem is second time I’ve rented from this location. And both times the cab of the truck was full of roaches. Also, the dash light kept calling for an oil change.

JUDE SDuring my visit to this location, the staff member in charge of rentals and online pickup, Yamarion, was not very helpful. From the moment I walked in the first time, Yamarion was on his phone and clicking around aimlessly on the computer to look busy. When I walked up to the counter to ask for a one-way truck, he let me know that their location did not offer that service. This response was mumbled under his breath, and I had to ask him on several occasions to repeat himself because I could not understand him. Frustrated by that response, I left and went outside to my car, and began using the website to look for other locations that could offer the service. Upon my search, the closest location was the store I just walked out of. I was able to schedule the one-way truck and equipment rental online just outside of the location's front doors. Once I presented Yamarion with my order confirmation number, he then assisted me with getting the keys to the vehicle. He did not check if the equipment rental was in the truck before handing me my keys. He also did not dispatch my order; therefore, I received an automated notification stating I was late to pick up the rental I was already in. This prompted me to call the customer service line, where the woman on the phone was able to give me more information than Yamarion could offer. I shared all of these concerns with her as I returned to the store for the rented dolly equipment that was missing from my reservation. Once back at this location, another team member was able to confirm my order was not properly dispatched and fixed it himself.

GERMAIN VMake sure the vehicle is properly working and not defective and damaged. Walk out with customer and check the vehicle. Not having customer to come back to switch out the vehicle. That's unacceptable and not to give a discount on a vehicle that was unsafe.

VICTOR CThe truck was so ols and rusted out that nobody could move the driver's seat up so I could reach the gas peddle. I was put into another old smelly truck where the seat moved. But the AC would blow cold then hot intermittently. The staff is very kind, but only one person working the counter all 3 times I went to the store. The waits were long to get attended to.

Alaina MMade reservation a week prior to pick up for self checkout was not able to access my truck until they opened and when asked why he said no one assigned truck. When I asked why since I made it a week ago he had no answer or no apology for the inconvenience. The truck was filthy inside. I usually rent from this usual with out any issues.

EDWARD STrailer should have a kickstand for when it is not attached to car. Also, no pin was provided to make sure hitch didn't pop off, we added one ourselves for safety. Truck was full of dirt and leaves, we swept it out so our furniture didn't get all dirty. All workers were super friendly and kind.
