The truck was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. I noted that when I picked up the truck on the paperwork. When returning it they wanted to charge me a $25 cleaning fee for something I picked up dirty. Very dirty. Tire air warning was on as well.

The milage wasn't correct on the truck, the gas was at 1/8 and they said it was at 1/4 tank. No one inspected the truck before renting it to me. There was a piece of metal, a large brown paper and a air plug left in the vehicle which I returned to the facility the same say. Never had a issue like this before. I said some to the front desk when I returned the truck at around 5pm on 10.28.2020.

The Customer services was pretty bad. The Truck smell like pee and half way my trip, it started raining and I get all wet, cause the cabin was leaking. It was a mess.

I don't have anything bad to say. I do have to say that the 2 gentlemen that work at this facility on this day were fabulous to work with. They were very personable and friendly. That in itself is huge nowadays.

I return the truck after hours and was charged a service fee. I wasn't told about the fee if I dropped off the key in the box. The same time that you take to inform the customer about dropping off the key, you can also let them know to check out on their phones to avoid the service charge. Simple communication goes a long way.

The truck was blocked by trailers had to remove barricades and drive on side walk to get it out of the lot at 6 am . Also place didn't offer parking for my véhicule . Also fuel was on E , stuff didn't have a mask on and was approaching me I had to tell him to stay away .

The person who waited on me seemed poorly trained. When I requested a dolly, another staffer said they did not have any. I asked if he knew of another UHaul that might have one, he said no one has them and none would be coming soon. I asked why UHaul didn't have dollies, he said he couldn't give me what he didn't have. Clearly, that did not answer my question. Another problem was during the drive. The windshield wiper fluid didn't work. We purchased the fluid, thinking it was empty and in need of a refill; however, when we poured it into the container, it only took a small amount. It did not need the fluid, there must have been a blockage in the line that prevented the squirting of the fluid to clean the window. I thought UHaul checked these things during maintenance prior to a new rental. I mentioned this to the drop off location, so the repair can be made for the next customer.

The staff at the location were great and amicable. The van I rented was dirty inside and out. Drove as it should and very pleased overall with the location. Definitely will use them again.

They called me the day after I dropped off the truck after hours and insinuated that I never returned the keys when all along they were in the drop box ... Maybe they should have looked before calling and accusing me Of keeping the keys!

I reserved a truck the day before coming to pick it up,the wait time was over an hour to get the truck. It was only one person checking persons out and the line was out the door. They had a problem with another customer reservations which they had to call corporate and that took 45 minutes alone. The clerk was trying to be helpful but she stated that she was not in a rush. She stated that it's always one person on Saturday when it's extremely busy. So my suggestions is to schedule more help in a busy location.

They should start doing inventory as they start their shift. I returned my recent rental on the same day I got it. They never closed the rental until I went back in there the next day around 7: at night to find out if the equipment got stolen off their property. They claim they never saw the equipment on the lot all throughout the day

Only issue was wait time to complete drop off, very crowded location and very busy.


I had rented a tow dolly one of the straps hard to operate due to wear or was previously straighten,other than that facility personal great service,to my opinion they're doing the best they can,thankyou for allowing me to complete my task for that day
