ROBERT PI reserved a 4'x8' Cargo Trailer in mid-February for a 4/29 pick up. All the way up until 4/26 I was led to believe it would be there. On 4/28 I received a text that the Cargo Trailer I reserved months before wasn't going to be available at the location requested ( about 2 miles away), but rather in a different town about 25 miles away. I went to the location where I requested the trailer to be and they suggested calling the main '800' number, which I did. They were able to substitute the 4'x8' Cargo Trailer with a 5'x8'm Cargo Trailer at my preferred location at no extra charge ans was able to pick it up when reserved. While this was beneficial in the long run, having to deal with this while I'm also stressing out over my overall relocation was not needed. Bottom line: The local U-Haul dealer was excellent (Thanks, Mercedes!) and the method of reserving and planning of inventory at each location needs improvement.

KYLE TAuto transport I rented had a harsh vibration at highway speeds. The right front tire looked to be failing. Tire was bulging in the center of the tread. By the time I experienced this the U-Haul locations were closed.

HILARY LTHIS LOCATION ALLOWED ANOTHER TO RENT THIS UHAUL TRAILER IN MY NAME WITH MY INFORMATION AND I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THIS. I WAS WONDERING WHY WAS I RECEIVING EMAILS ABOUT A RESERVATION THAT I MADE FOR A UHAUL TRAILER. I WENT TO THIS LOCATION AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND THEY SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT THERE ON 04/03/2025. AFTER STATING MY COMPLAINT AND THE REASON FOR MY VISIT THE MANAGER FINALLY SAID THAT SHE WAS THE MANAGER(MERCEDES MORRIS) AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE INCIDENT BUT MY FRUSTRATION WAS THAT SHE OR THE ACTUAL EMPLOYEE THAT WROTE THIS CONTRACT NEVER CALL ME OR FOR THE MOST PART TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ME TO ATLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TRANSPIRED. I HAVE REACH OUT TO MY BUSINESS ATTORNEY AND HE SAID THAT IS A CLEAR RESPENTATION ON IDENTY THEFT. HE SAID THAT HE WILL LOOK IN TO THIS! i THINK THAT IF THE EMPLOYEE WOULD HAVE DONE HER JOB CORRECTLY THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. WHO KNOWS HOW LONG THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION. THIS WAS VERY UNREAL! MY ATTORNEY IS LOOKIN INO THIS FOR ME AND UHAUL ESPECIALLY THAT LOCATION WILL BE HEARING FROM ME AGAIN!!

VICTOR SGreat staff. I drive extra miles to book here because of them. Sadly, research shows they are underpaid. In NYC, they make almost 25% more. Pay them better, you’re a national brand. So, I’ll recommend yet will always be vigilant. Pay matters.

LUPE BI've used this facility a few times now. They've always been kind and professional there. The gentleman who checks in the truck also. So friendly and goes right to helping you check it in and cleaning the truck to prep for the next outing. I drive passed another uhaul facility just to come to this one. They've always been incredible to me when I needed them.

James RTrailer tires were in poor condition and weren’t the correct tires for the trailer, also they weren’t filled to the correct psi, only about 15psi in each tire.

david fThe interior was fine, the tires were filled with dirt. I did not mind at all though, until 10 hours later, when I returned the truck and was told that the tires were not acceptable. The gant also told me that I was going to get charged for 1/2 tank of gas, but I showed him the picture I took of the dashboard gages indicating I received it with an empty tank, had I not taken the picture, there was no record.

JOSEPH MTruck was not all that clean, some trash under the seat. Also they knew we were going one way over 120 miles yet vehicle only had 3/8 of a tank of gas. First thing I had to do was go get gas before I could even start to use the truck

Eliseo RI got truck and returned it same day instead of next day but the e alerts started truck had showed not returned! I had to go back and forth 4 days so far to try and get it sorted. Then they had already rented the truck to someone else after I bring it back but still had under my name and added someone else so UhAul tried to charge me the other persons mileage
