Angel the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient! She explained everything easily and was very friendly. I have had to rent elsewhere and nobody compares to the front desk administration like Angel . I hope she gets the praise she deserves

See my other survey. Uhaul is incredibly confusing and bureaucratic to do business with. Multiple emails and text confusing differential contracts. I am pursuing the charges levied against my credit card vigorously by contacting the Illinois Attorney General

The van was extremely dirty and the windshield wiper fluid would not work throughout my 1,200 mile trip. When I dropped it off and told the of this, I was told that the manager would call me in the morning which did not happen. I tried to call later that day and somehow ended up with customer service.He told me that the van does not show that it was turned in. He filled out a complaint and connected me back to the location. I spoke to somebody and they told me that the manager would be back soon and he would call me back asap. I still have not received a call.

Easy moving with the lowest price on the market and so easy using the u-haul app. You make your reservation on the desired day and time pick up the truck or trailer and you can see the time to drop off on the u-haul app I highly recommend u-haul

Location is great but I received a dirty truck. The interior cab had cigarette ashes everywhere, sticky fingerprints on the steering wheel and trash tucked between the wall and seat. There were no vans in the city available so 10' box trucks were the only option.

The customer rep at the store was nice. Genuine caring and good dude. The reps I called on the phone were also caring and decent. The problem is I was waiting to get this done and charged for over 3 days. I had to go back to the store because it wasn't getting done. The rep at the store shared there was no email associated with my account. All of this has been terrible and I'd like some compensation for my mileage, and the 2.5 hours it took to get this done on my end.

Team member at this U‑Haul location was courteous and efficient. The truck was clean, well‑maintained, and ready on time. Pickup and drop‑off were quick and seamless. Dedicated customer parking would be very helpful, but was not available due to the large amount of rental trucks/equipment on the lot.

Had a long wait with only 2 people ahead of me in a line. The person that checked me in seamed not to know what he was doing and took a long time. After leaving, realized he had forgotten packing blankets, after returning, the same person came out with an armful of unfolded blankets and handed them to me. No apologies for forgetting them or anything. As I was walking away, the person ahead of me returned because the same person had forgotten to give him a dolly.

mobile pick up sucks there should be someone avaliable to assist with it i came at 7.30 am to pick up and was not able to doit because someone park the truck on the exit and i had to wait until 9am for some one to open and move it

I went online and was quoted $55. I thought it was all paid for. I signed up for mobile to just make things quicker. I get there and of course I had to go to the customer service desk inside. Two people were in front of me so that sets me back a half hour. Then all of a sudden the charge goes from $55 to a $160 hold on my card. I feel like the $19.95 advertising needs to be taken down. It’s not even close. $2.19 per mile driven is ridiculous. $12 for a state/city fee. $1 for an environmental fee? What even is that?

I received an email receipt indicating that a U-Haul reservation was booked in another state using my account. This is a very serious privacy and security concern, as I did not make this reservation and my personal information was clearly used without my authorization. It appears that the employee processing this transaction did not properly verify the account holder’s identity. Had appropriate verification steps been taken, it would have been evident that the individual booking the reservation was not the account owner. All customer information should be thoroughly verified before completing any transaction to prevent unauthorized use and protect personal data. I am requesting an immediate review of this incident and clarification on how this occurred, as well as what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

There was an immediate need for fuel when I picked up the truck. The fuel alert light was on. I had to seek the nearest open Mobil station on a Sunday morning, which, while not too far, probably added 3 miles to the cost. The minimum remaining fuel requirement should be a quarter tank or more. Other than this it was en excellent experience. I picked up the truck on the 24/7 app - easy and reliable - and returned it with a key drop-off at the open store. The receipt email arrived within an hour.
