Service was good. Truck was largely clean. But latch for truck ramp was damaged. I had to use a hammer to loosen it. Service was good though and the Uhaul associates were receptive to the damage I pointed out.

Don't give me a U-Haul with 1/8 of a tank of gas and not tell me it has to be gassed up IMMEDIATELY as it stalled out on me!!!! I re-fueled with a gas can and then it was fine but a complete pain in the butt.

1)Install some sort of manually activated light signaling device to allow a safe exit from the driveway as it is difficult and a times dangerous to do it blindly without a full view of the incoming traffic on Beacon Street. 2) Hire more "Rio " like guys with a great customer actitud !

A safety check when I returned the truck showed that one turn signal was not working even though the indicator did. So I was driving around with a missing turn signal, and did not know it. This could have been a serious problem if my trip had been longer. I also felt I paid for safe move insurance that i had not wanted or requested. You took advantage of me.

The gas tank was only half-filled at pickup, and that was a hassle because I had to stop for gas just to be sure I had enough to make it the 80 miles I had to travel. I inadvertently filled it the tank all the way because you don't list the number of gallons the tank holds on the side of the vehicle. That was sort of my fault, but I think U-Haul should show us the # of gallons the tank holds if they're going to give customers half-filled tanks. I would like to be refunded for a half-tank of gas. Next time, I will insist they fill it before I take the vehicle. Overall, not great service in Brighton. The guy who helped me was really rushing us in inspecting the vehicle, and they just didn't seem very friendly or professional.

Fix the mobile app for Android. I wanted to return the truck after hours but could not download the mobile app; received a message that the app was not compatible with my version of Android. I have a Samsung phone is pretty standard and the Android and phone software is all up to date. Please fix this, I can't imagine other people have complained about this.

I would not recommend this location to a friend because of the new after-hours turn in policy. The website I was directed to simply did not function. I was unable to select the amount of fuel left or take a picture using the website. I was using an iPhone 6s on the google chrome browser. If it does not work on a device that common it should never have been allowed to leave development, let alone be deployed. After a long day of moving the last thing I want to do is struggle with a poorly designed and implemented website. As a result you have lost a customer.
