$10 to pay for folding furniture pads that cost $5 to rent is ridiculous. I didn't/wouldn't ever pay that amount for that.

I was switched from the location near me that I had requested and when this occurs I expected to be compensated with some free miles to get back and forth but it seems this could not be done nor was I allowed to drop the truck off at the location near me. I had to take Uber rides back and forth costing me not only inconvenience but money. ????

Please remove this location as a drop off location. They only accept vehicles that they have rented out (they have a couple of vans). They refused to take back our vehicle and could not offer any solutions.

The truck broke down. I was charged twice. I was told that I had to go to another station to pick up a truck after roadside assistance was not was able to fix the truck. It took 4 hours to get a working truck. Between truck breaking down and me getting a new truck. Had to pay movers twice. Due to me losing all this time and money. On top of this I was charged for both trucks, equipment, and supplies twice. And threatened that if I didn't bring the truck to the replacement truck location were I had to pick it up at in Brighton then that I will then be charge that again for the third time. And and on top of all this I had to pay movers twice. Because of the lost time waiting for road side assistant and having to pick up the new working truck. What should been a one day move it end up being a two day move.This was the worst moving experience of my life. And not any compensations yet from them to rectifying this issue. I truly have no more tears left because of all the money, and time spent in this move.

The drop off was easy. However, I did have to wait awhile to speak with an agent because I wanted to make sure there were no extra charges and tell them about the leak.!No checking or review of the truck at all while I was there. The receiving agent seemed uninterested about the leak in the truck - however did ask if anything was damaged other than being wet. No, just wet - isn't that damage? Other than that pretty simple drop off.

Clean fast service but location was one hour out of my way so not convenient at all, so I won't be recommending to a friend. Even though the trailer I rented did not need to go back to this location and was one hour out of my way, I had to be charged double price just to drop it off in a closer location to me. That was absurd to me.

Don't charge $15 for gas after a truck has been driven less than 5 miles.

The representative kept messing up and took a long time to process our order. He also put our gas tank as full on the contract, which wasn't the case. It was my fault for not checking, but I expected honesty as well. I pumped four gallons for 10 dollars to fill it up in the end. I drove less than 6 miles without going on any highways.

I waited for 45 minutes when I got there for a noon pick-up on Sunday. There was only one man behind the counter trying to manage all he customers. People move on Sundays. Hire someone to help him!

I was told there would be 2 - 4 wheel furniture dollies for my pickup. I was then told that they had been out of stock for 2 weeks,???. It's VERY hard to move furniture without the dollies. This needs to be corrected by UHaul of Brighton

The staff are great, they are super consistent. No matter how long the line, they get people in and out. Tracy and Kareem work smart and fast. They problem solve effectively and provide tailored service to every customer making sure that they have all of the appropriate products before leaving for the move. I was super happy that Tracy recommended that I take blankets and he even explained to me which dolley would be best for my use.
