More counter help at check in; at 7AM there was only one person. The truck was so loose an rattled. It was hard to take a phone call. Considering adding back up cameras to the fleet and blind spot sensors

Couldn't have be more helpful! The personnel were great and got me set up and out the door with a 5x8 trailer and four pronged trailer adapter to fit my five pronged Toyota hitch in less than 20 minutes.

Over all experience was great. A small glitch to start with. A pin missing on trailer hitch. Although minutes away from center where I was they couldn't get my gps signal. In a case like that I would dispatch directly to the location I picked up at. They would have immediately know where I was. Ounce they were notified I am pleased to say I was on my way in minutes. They were most hospitable on not charging me for rental due to the glitch. I've always have had great experiences in the past and would always rent from this location in the future. The uhaul that I rented had a fuel less than 1/4, so the agent told me that I would receive 28.5 credit on the account. I dropped the car and filled the tank but I didn't not get credit. I tried to reach back couple times. Noone seems to know how to fix and do simple math. The staff was unprofessional when I dropped off the car. They didn't know what supposed to be done.

I made a reservation by phone, and was confirmed for a location in Brookline a week in advance. Six hours after I made the reservation, I was told I would have to go to Roxbury MA instead of Brookline, and no effort was made to help me out until I called back a third time and a lovely young woman got me to Brighton. Shame on you for baiting and switching. You need to help the reservation process in the Boston area be smooth and easy. It took me three hours of a busy week to resolve your change in plan. If you don't have one in Brookine, just tell me when I am on the phone. Don't switch me to some strange gas station and make ME work to fix it.

I had reserved a 10' truck more than a month in advance. I also did express check in 1 day in advance... even then when i came to pick up the truck.... they say there was no truck available. The service representative blamed in on some backend ppl as they were supposed to call me. On the flip side the representative was understanding n was able to provide a 17' truck for 3 hours n offered some discount. This was a huge inconvenience as i had reservation well in advance n had other plans accordingly. U-haul should look into this matter n make sure reservations 1 month in advanced are honoured.

The wait time for picking up the equipment was over 1.5 hours. If Uhaul could email customers the night before to remind them to complete express checkin, it would have removed unneeded stress and delays.
