The gentleman in Costumer service at the desk for pick up, drop off , and purchases was extremely efficient a helpful and kind . Not only the best Uhaul experience I’ve ever had ( and I’ve had many ) but the best costumer service experience anywhere in quite some time ! Bravo

ALAN DDon't get me wrong, you guys are lucky to have some great employees, but what the hell are you thinking having a single person helping customers on a Saturday in the city of Boston? I sat in line for over an hour as i watched the employee flip between two customers, which both had issues with their reservations due to confusion with pricing. When I finally got to the front of the line, you charged me $390 for a 10' truck going $40 miles. It was only after I reviewed the receipt that I found you put 7 days on my rental instead of 7hrs. Fortunately, your two incredible employees were able to get this resolved quickly despite the growing line. I will absolutely never use this location again and will seek other options over uhaul.

AWUT CI used the self-pick up option, but my van was parked behind another van, which caused some delay because I had to ask the staff to move the other van. There was also a dolly inside the van I picked up, which I didn't order, so I had to ask the staff to remove it. The staff were helpful and punctual about this, so it wasn't a big deal.

DAVID KNobody told me you don't fill up the gas tank. I pick up the truck after that i was driving on the road saw very little gas in the tank. So i filled up the tank. When i got back to work i got email contract. then i realized it only a little gas in the tank. When i returned the truck the guy says you guys no credit for the gas . Every year where i work we rent a truck from you, every year we go the truck filled with gas and return it fill with gas. So i really think that should happen again.

PETER WThe app was very cumbersome to use and on both pickup and return I had to talk with someone to complete the transaction. Overall the experience was fine since the people there were nice and helpful.
Justin Kvehicle was clean but passenger side mirror was broken which limited some visibility Receipt claimed that I only returned with 1/8 tank, though I filled it back up to the 1/4 tank as agreed and was provided a 6 gallon charge. Clerk either misread or lied about fuel reading. Not only was I charged a fuel charge when it was returned with the 1/4 tank, but I drove 29 miles with ~2/3 of that trip with an empty truck so I couldn't have used that much fuel. Also, the app was not working for reservation so I went inside to sort it out. The clerk said it would be easiest to set a new reservation so he went to do that. My reservation was for $1.99 per mile, but the new one the clerk put it ended up charging me $2.19 per mile. I don't think it is fair to have been charged extra as a new reservation needed to be made as a result of a non-functioning u haul app.
BRODERICK GEven though I returned the vehicle in less than 24 hours, they charged me an extra day from my card. I called the customer service representative and explained the situation. They said they would refund your money immediately, but they still haven't refunded it to my card. I'll call again tomorrow. This is pure opportunism.

GEORGE Mabsolutely got me fucked up, car issues including windows that r so dirty the fluid wont clean um, the cleaning was completely broken and got all my shit wet, there was no dolly, they charged me 60 miles when i went maybe 15-20, they over charged me on my account by like 160$ bucks and put my account negative, i went one town over and did two trips and had a 20$ rental, i rented a truck one size bigger last year and paided 80$ all together where this extra130$ coming from. Yall got me fucked up rn and u better fuckin fix it.
Alyssa BStaff at this Brighton MA location was very helpful in figuring out a solution for us when the Brookline UHaul messed up our order and didn't have a van for us.
JOHN RI picked up a 20 ft. truck on a Saturday morning. While the 2 staff were fine, the location was woefully understaffed for the number of customers waiting. When we finally got through the line, the staff person had to go out and scrape the snow and ice from the truck before driving it up so we could take it. Credit to the person helping us (I didn't catch his name), he was very thorough in making sure the door worked and that we knew how to open it.

CUMALI OThe cargo van was running very well, and the young gentleman behind the desk did a great job! He went out to drive the van out front but the first van was not was not up to code, so he quickly drove another van out front for us. He really did a great job!

JOSEPHINE DI had reserved equipment for my move a dolly and moving blankets. I did mobile pick up the equipment was not in the truck I had to go out and buy a dolly and blankets. I just looked and U-Haul has charged me for the dolly and blankets. I will be calling to get reimbursed fully for my rental. Unacceptable for management at this location

NAVIDE AI have been renting uhaul vans several times a year for many years (for catering purposes). The last few years the customer service has been terrible. I had a great customer service rep gentleman when I picked up my van last week. He did his job well - he was helpful, courteous, on top of things and got me in an out in a reasonable amount of time. He even brought the van around for me instead of sending me out to a sea of crowded bumper to bumper vehicles city to search for the my van. Sometimes the van assigned to me was there and other times it was not. And, other times the van was there and couldn't get it out so just an awful experiences. Mostly, I felt the reps defintly did not want to be there and felt put out by doing the bare minimum. Anyway, this last experience made my day. Unfortunately, I did not get the reps name but he was great. Fingers crossed he stays and continues to make a difference- If so, I would highly recommend this uhaul location based on this young man.
