Great service !
CHRISTOPHER WI was not told that the rate would still be the same if I went over the time limit. I received the van 45 minutes later yet I was pressured to still return at the same time. When I returned the vehicle I was ignored while two employees were still talking and I was standing there.

EDGAR MThe online/app reservation and pickup system is horrible. When trying to confirm the truck and take photos, the photos wouldn't upload through the app. The worker told me to just take photos and store them on my phone. I won't be using the app to do pickup anymore. It was a waste of time.
RANJIV PI did miss having a charging port and maybe GPS, small details but would have made my rating a 5 star, overall great experience, great customer service!
SOL AI have choose retuen by App, but after the half process, the app quit and I can't continue the process to upload the photo of the car when I retuen it. I parked it in front of the uhaul store, on front of a truck.

ADRIN NToday was my first and last time using u-haul. I could’ve did less paying for local movers. I did not know costs would be so high. Unlike the advertisement for the van, it cannot fit a room or studio apartment. If can fit some things within those spaces. I expected to do one trip, sizing caused me to need 2 trips, cost led me to make 3 extra trips in my car. I wish I would’ve explored other options first. I would’ve loved to be settled in my home tonight, but I’m here upset that I have to return tomorrow to grab more things.

STEVEN Lwas on the phone with traffic for almost an hour as i wanted a van - after several locations - i was sent to Burbank which is far from my home and when we got there - no van - we ended up with 15 footer - which was a nightmare - will not use u-haul again.

JESUS CEmployees were very disinterested and talking to customers and providing any kind of assistance and spoke with some attitude when asked a question When I return the vehicle, there was no personnel inside the location, I along with another customer had to look for an employee who was inside the mechanic shop area of the location.
Henrik SThe equipment is great but this is the 3rd time I have rented from this location that the system was down and I could not rent even though I had a reservation. All the staff is great except the General Manager. He is horrible. He hates his job and he hates people. Everyone else shows sympthy that you have planned your day and due to no fault of yours but your system you cannot rent. Everyone else tries to help you find a solution he just ignores you and is hateful when you just ask for simple help in renting. For that reason I would not recommend this location. The first time I gave him a pass the second time I'm like he is just having a bad coupld of days but this being the third time I've rented he is just bad at his job and if UHAUL is at fault with their software this too is not acceptable.

NELSON GThere is no way to reach somebody at the location to ask a question. Also I put all my information in and when I got there the guy was typing and I asked why he said he's transferring it to a different computer. That makes no sense. I feel like I wasted my time inputting all my information and license for him to have to move it somewhere else. Also he told me to take pictures sent me an app and it timed out twice and when I went in for help both guys said oh just take it on your own phone it's just for you so that was a waste of 15 minutes. I thought I was running late so I tried to call to ask if I could keep it an extra half hour hour could not get anybody on the phone. Then they tell you to download the app and go through the app and wanted to bill $60. Luckily I got back in time but it is pretty frustrating that you can't speak to somebody

VICTOR VI was two hours late returning the vehicle and then had to pay for a new day. Is that policy? I asked if I left it if they could take off the collision insurance and they said no which made no sense if I left it on the premises. not very helpful evening staff… see more interested in just cleaning up to close up than customer service

MONACA Bi was overcharged for the fuel, i brought back the car with more than what i got and still got charged 10 dollars. i emailed the general manger edwin and have not heard back.

Robert MThis is the only Uhaul location I use. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rentals are in good shape and its easy to use. There should be more locations as well ran as this one.
