Clean the truck more thoroughly, I clouding interior. The ignition switch is faulty and sometimes took a half dozen or more tries to get the truck started . The truck leaked fluids on my driveway.

Only two minor complaints from me. One of the workers was only wearing a bandana as a facemask, despite covid cases being at an all time high in LA county. Not good in a busy indoor retail setting. Two, when I first got to my truck, it was parked so tightly between two other uhaul vehicles that I couldn't really inspect the truck's exterior thoroughly. I could barely get into the truck's cab (via the passenger door, no less). Other than that, the vehicle ran smoothly and it allowed us to move what we needed to.

Improve by telling the customer about the gas. Instead I wasn't informed and was charged for it or I would have stopped at the gas station across the street before returning the truck.

I returned the van earlier than I wanted. When I returned the van, I said to the employee "I gotta be honest with you, this wasn't the best rental I've had with you guys (as I've rented numerous times from this location)." I then added, the van wasn't clean, it needs an alignment and the shocks need replaced." I was surprised that the employee did not ask any questions, or offer any kind of a discount. Lots of hidden fees. I paid twice the amount showed to me on the website. First I got charged for renting it online and then on the day of picking up the truck I paid another price. Truck was returned clean and no damage on it. The gas tank was even filled with more gas than what it had at the pick up time. So disappointed and will never rent anything from uhaul again. What a rubbery.

I rented a 10 foot box truck. Based on previous experiences getting a box truck from uhaul the truck always came with a slide out ramp. I specifically told the rep in the store when getting the vehicle that I am moving a piano. The rep neglected to mention to me that the 10 foot trucks do not have ramps. After I arrived to my location I noticed there is no ramp and when I contacted uhaul they advised me 10 ft trucks do not have ramps. Your reps need to be better trained in listening to the customer and pointing out any discrepancies with their request to better assist them. A rep with common sense would tell the customer a 10 ft truck doesn't have a ramp and if he would want to upgrade as it would be more difficult to put a piano inside a box truck without a ramp.
