Get rid of the app honestly..way too much waiting immitially with all kinds of verification calls etc then after I'm on the pouring rain alone in the dark and had to take pics after asking me.to take pic of label..no idea whatvthat meant..so 1hour and 40 mins was spent operating the app.

ROBERT HTruck was not prepared for off hours acceptance, and no one was at the uhaul location. Had to call customer service to get a manager in. Manager was extremely friendly and helpful from that point.

All of my time and frustration involved were unvbeleviable. Some works care but very few could care about solving any problems I had.

GAETAN CThe trucks have high mileage, worn interiors, dented bodies. This is not a negative issue regarding this UHaul location, just an obvious observation. When I pick up a worn out truck, it does not make me feel confident that it won’t break down during my move.
MARK RFor mobile check in, the locks to obtain the key are really hard to open. Especially in the cold. The gentlemen working at the counter was professional and friendly!
Salimah Gthe truck had the check engine light on and drove terribly and the back of the truck was disgusting when I got it with stains all over the floors, then I was charged a cleaning fee even though I swept the truck out and didn’t create said stains!
CHARLES FWe rented a 10’ box truck for “19.95.” Obviously we knew there would be fees and mileage and tax, but we ended up paying 153.00 for 5hrs and 56 miles. To advertise 19.95 is borderline criminal. Try being a little more transparent! I know you won’t, but you should!

KENNETH HI dropped the truck off to uhaul was told I would be sent the receipt in 15 mins I did not receive my receipt until almost closing to see the I received a 3 gal fuel charge after returning the truck back with the fuel at the correct level.

Joseph JThe van I reserved was not there when I arrived. I had to call and have it changed to a box truck that caused me to have to pay more in gas and required me to purchase a padlock to lock the truck up. I was told this was not this location's fault but uhaul's fault for allowing this.
WALTER BThe cargo van I reserved was going to be late in arriving at location, I received a promp call from the facility about this so good customer service there. Upon return I was in and out in 2 minutes. I have used this location before and will be coming back to rent again.

RAMON RThere is really nothing much more that this Deptford UHAUL can do to make it better. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They had all my supplies ready when I arrived to pick up the truck and I was ready to go with the truck in 10 minutes. Way to go Deptford UHAUL. When I returned the truck I made sure I refilled the truck with what gas I used and it took no more than 3 minutes to be on my way back to my day.
JOSEPH LI was overcharged. I returned the vehicle with more gasoline than when I picked it up but was still charged $15.75 for fuel. I returned the vehicle early around noon and was told I would have a receipt sent within 20 to 30 minutes but it was actually 22 hours until I received it.
OHN MThe only problem I had that Uhaul contracted laborers by the hour, helping Hands two workers only one showed up to load the truck he did it in an hour and a half Runnemede Nj Unloading in Millville, New Jersey D U-Haul a second labor at $80 an hour for two hours almost $90 an hour for two workers to unload my 15 foot truck from Uhaul. That person stood me up. I would never ever use these contractors of Labors that Uhaul sponsors and coordinates once they set up a customer and have a problem I would never use them again if I was a company in corporation as of Uhaul disabled I’m disabled. I got down to Assistant living here in Millville, New Jersey and I lost my mind. Who’s gonna love me I said U-Haul I can’t sleep in the truck tonight. I’m 63 years old and disabled a stroke patient so the security guard here at the Assistant living plus another tenant unloaded me and I both tipped them very well to get me into my new studio apartment here in Millville, New Jersey and Assistant living. I do not recommend I recommend equipment from you uhaul But I will not recommend any of these contracted laborers. Load trucks were unload because they’re not responsible of showing up to help the patient to help the customer thank you for your attention in this matter Scott Kasperowicz.
SCOTT KThe customer service specialist, Lamont, was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful, and knew his job! The truck was clean, in great condition, and ready to go. Would definitely recommend this Uhaul location!
