CHRISTOPHER ECustomer service rep / female ,extremely rude , worst person i've ever meet in my life, she made me so unforgettable , i wish i had recorded this interaction for the entire world to see how bad of a experience/person she is . , also lied to me she including the insurance on my bill which i did not want , i declined on line , i need my money back , i need some one from customer service to call me asap to discuss this. i will be on social media about this rep /employee. if you need to improve this rep need to be fired .i cant wait to discuss this with my employees and have a discussion on how bad this experience was . also i must mentioned a gentlemen who may be the manager came out to help me he was fantastic
THOMAS ETrailer had a tire with a leak from a patch in the tire. When I was checking out the trailer I asked if we could check the tire pressure. The U-Haul attendant insisted that it was not necessary due to the inspection process they go through before every rental. After getting the trailer to my home before loading I checked the tire pressure since one of the tires felt soft. It only had 17 psi when all the other tires were properly inflated to 60 psi. I used my compressor to fill the tire and that is when I found the leak through an existing patch in the tire. I tried to return the trailer to U-Haul for repair and they refused to assist me stating that roadside assistance was the only way to fix the tire. This whole process caused me to lose hours of my time. This made me late for my appointment Friday evening at my destination. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not one present from mid-day Friday all through the weekend. There were other issues with the trailer as well. One of the ramps was held in place by a bungee cord and not the latch so it was not very secure. Several of the running lights were also broken. I would like to speak to a manager about my experience.

Burton HThoroughly inspect all equipment to ensure roadworthiness before renting to the public. Someone else may not have checked tires, or psi, before heading out on the road, and ended up stranded or hurt.

GALE SBetter staffing and proper maintenace for trucks. my truck had a bad blinker on the left side, and needed an wheel Alignment anything over 60mph felt scary driving and required a death grip and both hands on deck. staff were very nice and informative so no issues there but i felt bad when returning the truck and it was one poor guy running it all by himself get this location some more staffing.
Esdras SMake sure you are not on the phone while you are helping the customer and when you come back from lunch make sure not licking the food off your fingers and taking the customer card with that hand.

MAHER DMake sure to have the actual equipment available. I rented a truck and auto transport everything was confirmed and when I got there They said they didn't have any auto transport or tow dolly available after the fact. Then made me get the truck from one place and the auto transport from another while I'm using my mileage to go out of my way to do so and no compensation or discounts. The whole thing cost me more than just getting the tow truck to pick my car up. Took me 5 hours to accomplish everything when it should've been done in about 2 hrs. I will never rent again. Horrible service
EDWIN RGary is awesome. He is professional and friendly. I've used moving vehicles for a number of years and I've never met someone in this industry who made customers laugh and feel welcome. He sets himself apart from others in his natural customer service skills. I'd use this location again just because Gary was so great.

APRIL AI made a complaint many times and I am still waiting for management to contact me. At pickup nobody was around until I went and found an employee. She commented on my body size. When I noted the truck had the engine light on, the tire pressure light on, and a trailer light on and "tire monitor equipment" light, she laughed saying they all have lights on. The doors had to be slammed in order to lock otherwise they wouldn't shut properly and that light would be on.
Heather BThe vehicle was dirty on the outside & very dusty on the inside. We were 39 minutes pass our turn time & we were charged for an xtra full day rental plus a full day insurance. I even filled the tank up to the full level when it was @ 3/4 @ pickup. The note above the odometer reading/mileage, etc, I happened to notice after turn in states: "Failure to return the equipment by the rental due time "may" result in additional charges". The word may mean something is optional & not required, essentially conveying a sense of "discretion" rather than mandate!! Not good customer service, in my opinion.

Shantell JI was a faithful customer renting out the truck for about a year not a professional establishment the manager talking about customer to other employees regarding discounts given to me every time I rented the truck it became very hurtful because the employees came and told me what the manager said about me then recently I rented the truck and I was told I damaged the truck because I went under a low clearance I would have never went under a clearance overall the experience I've had at the location was not acceptable I will be in the process of taking this matter to cooperate and higher authority bad busy to 810 orange blossom trail

Nicole LUNSAT- U Haul Orlando (840 South Orange Blossom Trail) - Highway robbery at best: I am a retired US Army Disabled VET. I turned in the trailer, truck, covers and put the gas milage on the same level of when I picked the vehicle up in Denver. BL: I turned in the vehicle on time (14 Jan 2025). No damage to vehicle and clean. I was granted by U-Haul an extension to turn in the vehicle and trailer on 14 Jan (after calling them in advance) do to the winter blizzard in Kansas City which delayed the trip to Orlando a few days. No fault of my own, it was mother nature fault. Driving in a snow/ice storm is a safety issue. I sent the Manager (Gary Smith) emails proactively, but he never read them, nor responded and upon turning in the vehicle, he did admit that he did not read it, due to computer problems (which is not my fault). I even left pro-active voice messages which he did not respond. (not my fault, he does check his email, text nor phonecalls). But, I will say Gary was a nice, polite person meeting him, to his credit. Here is where the highway robbery comes in: Today, I am still waiting for a full refund in the amount of $253.00. Uhal has not reached out to me, although I have sent inquiries to U-haul. Upon coming to Orlando, I called U-Haul immediately upon turning in the truck and the trailer. They mentioned they were going to get a hold of the local U-haul and explain the situation and they were going to give me a call back. As of today, 3 official days has passed, I have not heard a word, nor do I have a refund from U-Haul. This is UNSAT. Still waiting today, time now for a call and/or full refund. I am not sure why or the reason why I am being charged $253.00, if the vehicle was turned in on-time. This is bad!! Gary seemed to be a nice person, but so far his actions with respects to the refund, appear to be different. He has not called! In addition, at the same place, there was a young man working outside that was very unprofessional, uneducated and rude. When I pulled up the truck and trailer early in the morning. He had enough nerve to ask me to unhook the straps on the wheels of the vehicle on the trailer (his job). Obviously, I did not due it, but it did remind me of what type of caliber person I am dealing with. Nonetheless, it left a bad taste in my mouth, he was mean & rude. If he cannot deal properly with customers in a professional manager, I would suggest he get another occupation. I am retired in my 60's, I shouldn't have to put up with this type of behavior. Note: 24/7 Roadside Assistance - I would give them an EXCELLENT rating. They were very helpful and even surprised my expectations. I am very pleased with U-Haul Roadside Assistance. Great Job!!! Keep up the great work!!!
ERIC D--Orlando FL--The person working outside with the equipment was mean and had the nerve to ask me to unlatch the tires on my vehicle that was on a trailer, that needed to come off of. He was rude and unprofessional. He needs a new job, customer service is not his suit. --I am asking for a full refund in the amount of $253.00 from U-Haul. Currently, I have dispute with U-Haul about being "overcharged" $253.00 (contract # 13870990). Trailer, Truck, Covers and Fuel, turned in on time and fuel level left at the same level as pick up. No damage to the vehicle and trailer. Also, I was granted an extension to the 14 January to turn the vehicle in due to the Winter Blizzard (Storm) in Kansas, of Mother Nature, no fault of my own. Driving in the snow/ice could have caused a safety issue, so I was granted the extension to turn it in on the 14. As a Ret Disabled VET, I do not understand why I am being charged extra in the amount of $253.00. This is a rip off. Right now, the issue is under local Orlando U-Haul review, I am waiting on a refund or a response. I provided this issue to U-Haul today, 14 Jan 2025, waiting a determination from U-Haul whether the money is going back on my account or not.

SEBASTIAN RCompany is a complete rip off, charged me 110 more saying I did not fill up the tank when the tank was not full when I got the truck. I'm not responsible for what others do and don't do. I put the tank right back where it was when I received the truck and only drive the truck 62 miles so what shot my total now be cost to 250 dollars, never will I use this company again

JENNIFER MI didn't see an employee for the first 2 minutes I was standing around in the store until I wondered toward the bathroom where someone was cleaning. She didn't seem to have any interest in stopping what she was doing to help me. Another customer came in asking about propane. She directed him to someone outside. The employees didn't have much to say to me and they just kind of ignored the guy asking about the propane, but they did finally get the truck rented to me and it was a good truck.
SHANE HCheaper rates for one way and better inventory
JORDAN CStaff was there immediately to process my truck return, equipment was checked, final invoice emailed. I was informed I could go inside for a printed copy. I was not told any new charges, so if there are some I wasn't informed and will besurprised. The return process was quick & easy, staff was courteous.
