Was told over the phone the night before when setting up the reservation that the cost would be $89. When I went in the next day the rep had told me it would be $140. Someone wasn't doing their job properly. Representative said we would go over all damages and to point out any damage without an "x" sticker. There were multiple deep gouges I pointed out to the rep and he brushed them off and said "oh those will be alright, trust me." I told him that I didn't trust anyone in uhaul due to being incorrectly quoted on the phone.

I am not happy about the gas reader. I think the accuracy of it can improve. I am not sure if the original reason was documented appropriately, but it was filled to where it was when I picked it up. It appears that the tool works in favor of uhaul to charge customers for gas. Additionally after my horrible experience, I did not need any other situation to deter me from ever using uhaul again.

The pick up of the truck was great with Daniel, however when picking up the tow for the car later that afternoon it wasn't near great as I didn't feel like they knew what they were doing. The one employee admitted it was his first tow.

I called this location over 10 times a few of those times I had a Uhaul customer service rep call and we were unable to reach anyone. I had a very hard time dealing with the issues that came up with my Uhaul experience and I felt like I was being ignored as a customer. I couldn't wait to just return the truck andbe done with the stress of the situation. They may need more people working at a time at this location. The workers are probably so swamped that they have a hard time reaching out to all of their clients.

Had a couple of maintenance lights come on and the truck was dirty on the outside and had a big burn mark in the seat. I would just make sure to give the vehicle to the customer a bit cleaner and no maintenance lights come on. However, all staff was very friendly and got me the van quickly and the dropoff process was quick and easy. I would still go back to this location if I need a truck/van in the future.

I've rented from this location twice in the past month. The customer service at the beginning of the rental has been wonderful each time, but the return of the rental has been awful each time. I have had the same young man both times and his customer service is under par, not very friendly almost as if he doesn't want to be there or is not happy with what he is doing. At the return of my last return, while standing on the step of the truck, he held his phone out to me to verify my email address and and told me my receipt would be sent sent there and basically that was it. No thank you. No we appreciate your business, no have a nice day...nothing! Besides him, the service fine.

Inside of the vehicle was dirty - so dirty my hands were black and sticky after handling the steering wheel. Inside of the truck smelled horrible.

I was told I could have a truck for 24 hours when I got there they told me I had to return by 10 the next morning I was pissed off I let I called u haul and was told I could have it for 24 hour sence I had a 24 hour reservation but I was all ready 15 miles and almost home so I had to wait until the next day to pick up the truck if they would have not had me on call so long I could have returned the same day to pick up the truck when I picked up the truck the man behind the counter acted like nothing happened and his shirt said he was the general manager

Not all Uhaul centers listed under zip codes. I have a Uhaul center right near me where I wanted to drop off as a preference but wasn't listed. Please update. Customers should also be able to make changes to their location of preference online after a reservation was made.
