DEBBIE MKris Moore, and Tyrone were amazing. Tyrone was the individual whom got my reservation going. Kris has always handled the reservations I’ve had including the one back in 2021 when I first moved back to Tulsa from Stillwater ,Ok . It was smooth and easy. The only thing wrong was the vehicle. The brakes were extremely hard to stop it kept sliding. Then going in reverse the gear wouldn’t catch and it was like I was in neutral a lot. I would have to stop put it in park turn the vehicle off then gently start it and gently put it into reverse then it would go. The alignment was completely off. Putting the AC on gave a loud humming noise over the radio. There were heavy damages to the vehicle before we rented it. Over all, the vehicle did its job in moving a family member. We’re very grateful to having a uhaul less than a few blocks away from us. Thank you again Uhaul and Kris Moore ( GM) & Tyrone employee. JEREMY PU-haul will change the pick up location the day of pickup. Very annoying and took away an hour of my time. Very unpleasant experience on an already stressful day. They also called to confirm my truck the night before and said my truck came standard with a dolly and 6 furniture pads. I have ordered a dolly and 12 pads as I did not know this came standard with the truck. The man that called to confirm said to just let them know in the morning to remove the extra dolly and pads from my rental. I tried this and was told it wasn’t possible. They charged me for two dolly’s (I only got one to use) AND 12 furniture pads (I only got the standard 6 to use).

DANIEL MU haul tried to over charge me! I took a video of my mileage and gas. I put an estimate of 11 mile but drove 17 and they said I went over 36 miles. Truth is I not that’s not true because I only went down the street from the U-Haul company so I not please with the outcome

AMY GLazy clerk. Said that they do not rent furniture pads for one way rentals as I have done on many occasions. The fuel amount was wrong on the contract and the clerk initially wasn’t going to correct it. He tried to get me to just tell the agency where I dropped the truck. I told him that they won’t believe me any more than you would, so he reluctantly made the change to the contract. Steer clear of this place SHADY!
RICHARD KSchedule rental to be returned when they are open, or stand out in their parking lot at night taking multiple photos of the vehicle inside, left side, right side,, back and front, and a picture of their building. Oh yes, and hope it’s not raining.
DAVID STrain your U-Haul employees to not tell customers they are getting there deductible back tell they get their receipt back unprofessional can’t believe you have to be perfect on how many miles you use we said 90 miles we used 126 miles they were not clear you have to bring the U-Haul back to this location OR it’s a $40 charge ALL U- Haul DOES IS TAKE YOUR MONEY YOU DONT PAY FOR WHAT ITS ACTUALLY WORTH 210 dollars for 126 MILES IS BS.

Rick SThe ladies that helped me didn't explain there wasn't a ramp in the 10 foot truck before rented it told them I was moving heavy furniture. Then I tried to rent it another day the guy said no he had someone coming at 11 to get it. Mind u there's 3 trucks that size outside and if I kept it there would be a 50 dollar charge even tho I explained I was having trouble without a ramp and I got it back on time then the amount it was suppose to be was a lot more then I expected and told I kno it's extra for miles but not $158 in fees. I definitely won't refer anyone or use uhaul again. The other truck company's are up front.

LAURA FThe truck felt very loose on the road with a/c so loud you couldn’t talk to one another (they told us when we picked it up that it’s fine, but obviously it isn’t normal). When we picked the truck up, it only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it (should be unacceptable), When we brought the truck back, I actually put an extra gallon in just so there wouldn’t be any argument, but the area you return the truck to is on an incline, which made the tank read lower. The tenant attempted to charge us $21 for the 30 or so miles we drove, even after I put 5 gallons of fuel in the truck. When I showed him the photo I took of the fuel gauge when we left, he still insisted I owed $11 for fuel. When I asked him to move the truck so it wasn’t on an incline and the fuel gauge raised above where it was when we picked it up, he said ok, you’re correct, but then charged us the $11 anyway. My girlfriend was told it would be $30-40 to rent the truck, and we ended up paying almost $140 all said and done. We will not be doing business with uhaul ever again. While Penske does charge more, at least their trucks are safe to drive and fully operational, where as this truck needed a major overhaul and some maintenance done.
