Charged me for 4 gallons of gas and only drove close to 15 miles. I find it hard to believe that the truck gets less than 4 miles to the gallon.

this location was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life .. uhaul has lost a good paying customer for life . not only did they threaten me with the police and reporting the truck stolen ..they was rude and insulting.. I have spent alot of money with uhaul and I will be taking it else where

The customer service agent was AWESOME. Ms. Lira greeted each customer and took care of needs very swiftly. She was working the inside counter, filling propane tanks, setting up trailer hitches and backing out Uhaul equipment for guest. The place was busy and a few customers were impatient. Through it all she remained professional and gave above and beyond customer service. She kept track of the order customers came in, she used great tact when handling an upset customer and never complained. If my rating was based on her alone it would be an excellent rating. However, when I factor in the wait time (because it was one person working an absurdly busy operation) , the dirty windows that made it hard to see out of at night and the musty smell of the pick up truck I couldn't give the experience excellent. Another factor in the lower rating would be when I reserved the pick up by phone I was quoted .59/mile. When picking up the vehicle I was quoted and charged .79/mile.

The representative (Ms. Lira) that handled my rental was very nice and knowledgeable. She exemplified a hard-working and dedicated person and should be recognized as such. U-Haul has got a diamond of an employee in her.

The lady that took care of us Lisa was rude and did not read the contract to us thourly and I had to dispute the contract with the GM onsite Paul.. Paul was helpful..I've never had a bad experience here until my last visit and I always use this location..

Clarify that when you turn in your rental you don’t have to wait around while they check the equipment. I was unsure of this and asked for clarification, but had I know ahead of time would’ve arranged my pick up ride earlier

The location is awful for getting into and out of. It is located on a corner making left turns impossible. I declined insurance but in the end had to have it removed manually because the system seemed to automatically add it regardless of my choice. I felt it made the company untrustworthy.

What more can I say. All was proper, as I had asked for. The only thing I can speak about is this employee told me how to gauge how much gasoline I needed to rep[ace. Last time I used U-Haul, I spent 30 dollars on gas, placing the needle on 3/4's tank of gas rather than the 3/8's tank I needed to fulfill my obligation. You definitely would have charged me or other customers if they were under the needed quota. Yet, I was way over and not compensated for. So I will tell anyone I advise to use U-Haul to not worry about the fuel needed. Is that right?

Website made it very clear and easy. Pick up and drop off were made with no issues. Staff was very polite and courteous. If I ever need to rent equipment again, I will definitely choose Uhaul over other rental companies.

I have no advice for other customers. I just want to know about the terms of our contract. I had to return it with at least 3/8's tank of gas, or I would have been charged. I returned it with 3/4's tank of gas. Was that compensated for? Not according to the receipt I obtained

I need someone to call me or my husband back ASAP. We were called on Saturday, June 30th to let us know that we dropped our truck off at the wrong place and that if we didn't come and pick it up and take it to the right place, we'd be charged $150. I've always been under the impression you can drop a Uhaul off at any location. The man at our first location did not make it clear we had to drop it off back at the place we picked it up. My husband called the woman back who left us a message twice and nobody ever responded. My card was then charged $285 for dropping the truck off at the "wrong" location, and every person we've tried to contact regarding this unjustified fee, has been very unhelpful and passes the buck to someone else who then passes the buck to another person. My husband has tried calling your "Customer Service" line at least ten times and is always put on hold, and after several minutes, the line gets cut. I do not feel my fee is justified, and I really need to speak to someone about a full refund.
