Franklin EI understand there was a storm that knocked out Internet, but it took entirely too long to pick up our trailer. By the time she was done, there was a line of 6 people behind us. The co-worker did seem to be moving faster.
Jerry RDue to storms your location they lost internet. There was NO PAPER backup. If I had not provided my personal hotspot you would not have been able to rent the trailer I needed. Relying solely on cloud and internet is a foolish business plan. This needs to be addressed.

Also friendly, efficient and very helpful in guiding me to the place where the trailer would be parked 5* Thanks to these two my move was made easier !!

I interacted with about 5 different employees, and on every occasion, they had to refer me to someone else because they did not know how to help. I had to call multiple times to make sure that my transaction was complete because no one helped me. i want to say good things about my experience, but I can not this time.

Kevin RMaybe be more professional and understanding of new customers that haven’t used U-Haul before. There’s no need to have an attitude about someone asking a simple question about how mileage works for the trucks. I felt extremely disrespected as soon as I started setting up the reservation I had made with the guy that checked us in, especially when I’m dealing with moving every single item we own into a new apartment with a 15 foot box truck for the first time in my life. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Jacob PI was charged an extra $20 fee for dropping off the equipment after hours when I was told it needed to be returned before they opened the next day and I am NOT happy about this!!!!!!! Why tell me to drop it off after hours if you are going to charge me for it and then not tell me about the potential charge!!!!!

Franklin ETruck was not available at booked location. Was sent to another site. Other site unable to access keys. UHAual App not responsive to access key. Area manager happened to drive up and provided key. Had to return to original booking site to obtain blankets, etc. Discovered truck had padlock - no access to the storage area. Office could not remove the lock. Rep at UHaul of Elkhartwas kind but could not assist. Called customer service; they were able to provide a code for the lock after about 45 minutes of trying multiple codes. Overall delays amounted to over three hours which adversely impacted my loading schedule, etc.

ROGER KUnfortunately, 4 lamp shades were damaged beyond repair and several wood pieces were badly scratched. The movers were friendly but not careful or competent packing the units. Very disappointed.

The two women at the location rolled their eyes, had a poor attitude, and I ended up having to call customer service to attempt to reconcile the issues that were going on with attempting to return the truck. There was a gentleman working who attempted to speak and assist us, but the two women gave him a look and he immediately stopped talking. Completely unsatisfied with our experience.

ALAN GWe rented a tow dolly that was in terrible shape, fender had large hole in it and ratchet straps were so rusty they barely worked, someone should do maintenance at this facility
LARRY HI had to switch to this location because the experience at Triple R Express was horrible. There was no one there that could handle my reservation and the guy at the counter called another guy on the phone for him to help me. Then he proceeded to try to get me to charge my account for another extra $100 for incidentals. I explained to him that I have rented from U-Haul many many times and that is not how it works.

JOSE VWhen a customer comes in to the store, greet the customer. My daughter and I came in and it took the gentleman behind the counter at least 5 minutes to acknowledge we were standing right in front of him. He just continued what he was doing. Very frustrating. Almost walked out.
