Fantastic customer service. Truck was ready at scheduled time, loaded with extras we reserved. Gentleman working was efficient and helpful. Helped get a quote for a future reservation. Already booked another reservation for later this month.

Language used by staff was vulgar and offensive. Two different men used the “f word” multiple times while I waited in line, totally unnecessary. Young woman checking in/out equipment was terrific and very efficient. It was a busy time and they were under staffed for a Saturday.

Dont smoke on a running forklift or around any propane tanks. Dont leave lit cigarettes in the back door jam. Hello FIRE!!!! Dont stick your head under a wooden crate that's lifted in the air by the forklift. And maybe workers shouldn't be yelling and cussing over the speaker phone with 10 + customers inside the store.

Make certain that all the trailer lights work. Not all lights were even installed on the trailer I rented last.

I stopped several times before I actually got the rental to ask questions and look at different size trucks. I believe the gentlemen's name was Martin that was there, and he was very helpful and always answer my questions.

The only thing I did not agree with had nothing to do with the store. I was not aware I was supposed to drop off at 10:30. I dropped off around 12:30. I got charged an extra day. I don't agree. I didn't know. Again, this has to do with U-Haul not the store.

I will not go to another uhaul location other than this one........the custtomer service is second to none.....they really go out of their way to do what they can to assist you in meeting your needs.........i would even pay more.....great job

We were given a cargo trailer with a tote that had a slow leak in it. Ending up breaking down on the side of the road in the middle of our move with 5 children. Called for roadside was told to use the app. Used the app after waiting over an hour in 100 degree weather for no one to call text or show up we plugged the tire at our own expense. Then returned the trailer to its destination the very next day but was still using the dolly in which I was entitled 3 days with. They called to tell me that I was going to be charged over $300 for a non returned equipment when I was still entitled to be using it at that time. Then the next day called to tell me they didn't return my trailer bc the dolly was attached to that reservation and they were going to charge me $20 a day extra for that. Customer service at my pickup location with Martin was amazing. Customer service with dropoff location is seriously lacking and the lady I dealt with was rude and when I said something about having to repair the tote ourselves she literally said I don't care. I also asked if I could have our converter plug we bought from them that was left on the trailer and she told me NO. I didn't get refunded for it either.

You had us return at 8:00 and they didn't open till 9:00. Had to go online to check in. Horrible Horrible experience. It won't let us put in the mileage so we tired 11 times to check in. So we left to get some coffee and waited till 9:00. When we return 5 people were in front of us do we had to wait our turn. It was over 2 hours to get checked in. Other people had problems I was told checking in. Bad situation ??

I had thought I was getting a pickup, instead received a 10' box truck. Really inconvenient for hauling a motorcycle trailer. The only employee was far too busy to work on fixing that.

This place was a dump. When I walked in, there was no one working in the store. I had to walk around outside and finally found someone in a garage. He directed me where to park the trailer and then when I got there, he asked if knew how to back the trailer. He then asked me to back it into a grassy area. Overall, it was a completely different experience than when I picked up the trailer.

I don't think there's anything else for you to do at this time. I enjoyed the experience from registration , to pick up, to return as so smoothly perfect. I was very, very impressed with the customer service experience. You rock Uhaul!

My major problem with the rental was the website. The system automatically showed my 4 day rental as returned the next day. Over an hour on the phone couldn't even get me to someone who could help. I finally got ahold of my local renter and he fixed it for me.

The guy in the Elkhart location was very helpful and professional he was upset that the other company would make me drive all the way to him to drop it off apparently he has had alot people complain on the other drop off location millers building in goshen indiana

Cab of the truck was very dirty, which may be fine for a local rental, but we were driving the truck across country for a 1400+ mile move.
