Benjamin BI made a reservation a few days in advance. When I went to pick up the trailer, The system was giving the representatives A LOT of trouble when they were trying to check people in. All the representatives indicated this is a common occurrence. Finally after 1/2 an hour of waiting, my representative had to just start my whole rental process over because it was moving at such a snail’s pace to load anything. U-Haul seriously needs to resolve this. “A+” for my store representative because she was doing the best she could. “F” for a system that simply cannot get the job done.

David RBooked on the phone with an agent. When I arrived at the Alcoa location, they wouldn't give me the trailer I reserved and sent me 20 miles to another location, where I was given a smaller trailer than reserved. Caused considerable inconvenience.

Thomas KReservation process (I had to call instead of booking online since I had questions) was super easy and friendly. Pick-up of equipment was smooth and efficient. Drop-off was easy. Overall great experience in dealing with three different U-Haul associates.

Mindy HPerson didn't have the place open at 9:00AM when they were scheduled. Saw their Tesla occupied sitting on the side of the building... then they charge me an after hours drop off fee when they check it in at 9:13? Look at your security footage. I was there at 9:00!

JASON CThis was as convenient and easy as it could be. Might want to advise customers of the estimated wait times on the app version when they are validating your info. I googled it and found it can be as long as 30 mins (Mine was about 5mins) Otherwise, this was super easy and very convenient!
