brian mI had a reservation for late afternoon but wanted to change it to earlier on the day. All three of their trailers of that size were out. When one came in they called me so I could come get it as soon as it came in. I appreciated that very much. The equipment worked well and suited my needs perfectly.
Michael OThey need to improve parking for customers.. and the ingress and egress into this lot is very confusing. Recommend more directional signs and arrows to let customers picking up vehicles know how to get in and out and where to park.

Harith AThe van was so dirty, I had to clean the inside first. It smelled of smoke. There was a green powdering dust all over the inside, along with excessive dirt. I have always used Uhaul, but never the west Farragut location.. it was closer this time so I tried. West Town location has always been great.

Benjamin BI made a reservation a few days in advance. When I went to pick up the trailer, The system was giving the representatives A LOT of trouble when they were trying to check people in. All the representatives indicated this is a common occurrence. Finally after 1/2 an hour of waiting, my representative had to just start my whole rental process over because it was moving at such a snail’s pace to load anything. U-Haul seriously needs to resolve this. “A+” for my store representative because she was doing the best she could. “F” for a system that simply cannot get the job done.
