It would be better if you could work on the drainage on the lot. In order to get good pictures, there were rather deep puddles (potholes?) to stand in.

Why is the gas not included in the mileage price. Very inconvenient and feels like nickel and diming.

HENRI UI had reserved furniture pads to rent but I was told no pads were available to rent. I was told I could buy pads at a much higher price. Without the pads, the items I moved got damaged. My reservation was not honored and I feel I should get 50 dollar back like my order confirmation states
BRIAN HI was told the truck had a full tank of gas. I drove less than 26 miles and the truck took $6 worth of gas. If it was full, shouldn’t have taken that much. I know $6 isn’t much. It’s the idea. Nice truck, perfect size. The $19.95 one.
JUNE STruck was not ready for scheduled pickup time. When we returned the associate said they had given us an extra day for the inconvenience. In our rush to get on the road I didn’t think to check my reservation email, which unfortunately did not reflect the extra day. This resulted in a bit of back and fourth with the drop off location because we had adjusted our itinerary under the assumption we had the extra day and no longer had the ability to return the truck at the scheduled time. Fortunately, they allowed us to do a late drop off without repercussions. I would have gladly paid for the extra day at that point but the truck had already been reserved for another customer. I am not upset about not being comped a day, but we were a bit miffed that he’d been the one to offer in the first place and then didn’t follow through. All in all would recommend this location; moving is stressful and unpredictable no matter how you spin it.

MICHAEL WMake sure ratchets on tire straps and the pins that lock the ramps are lubed. A little bit of WD40 goes a long way. I would suggest this be done EVERY time one is turned in. Heather was a great help getting the right hitch and helping us hook up the tow dolly.

BARRY OGreat rig...truck 15K miles - perfect...trailer running lights were not working. All road and traffic lights were OK...
KEVIN EI asked the assistant at this location whether I need to bring another person if I need a truck and trailer, and he said no. They will help to hook up equipment. I also saw another staff assisting a customer connecting the equipment to the customer’s SUV. This is what I expect to see. Good service here.

CHARLES WI reserved 12 furniture pads several days prior to rental pickup. When we arrived at 8:20am to pick up the truck and furniture pads we were told another customer wanted 60 pads with their pickup at 8:10 that morning and so they didn’t have any available for us. Why not put 12 pads aside for the customer who had them reserved and give the other customer 48 pads. Makes better sense to me from a customer service standpoint. This was disappointing. We had a job to do and pads were needed and reserved through U-Haul.
