TINA MI have used this location for refills of propane tanks, and always had great results. No different when I dropped off a one way trailer rental from Florida. Easy Peasy! Great staff, and they made it a stress free return!

JASON CThis was as convenient and easy as it could be. Might want to advise customers of the estimated wait times on the app version when they are validating your info. I googled it and found it can be as long as 30 mins (Mine was about 5mins) Otherwise, this was super easy and very convenient!

DAVID GWe picked up the truck and when opened the back of the truck at our storage building, it smelled like an ashtray. We had to return the truck and get another which put us behind schedule. This is third rental in three months that has had issues. I rent from you monthly and need more consistent quality.
JOE PFYI only… Evidently the truck had two dents (one on each side on front finders) which i didn't notice diring pickup, so i (unfortunately) didn’t take photos myself thinking the truck was in good shape. I paid $45.00 for insurance so did not incur additional charges … but the dents did not happen while the truck was in my possession. Hopefully there is a record of the dent happening from a prior leasing to confirm what i am is accurate.
BILLY AThe local Uhaul guys are always great and easy to deal with. I am annoyed about the two wheel dolly and moving blankets attached to the side of the wall. It’s a waste of space
ANDREW BI honestly cannot think of anything that I can recommend to change. Every time that I have rented at the Farragut location I always receive excellent customer service, with it being fast and friendly. The only thing that I had an issue with which is really out of anyone's control is not having the particular vehicle on the premise when I would like to rent it but that's no one's fault.

DAVID LU-Haul makes everything very easy. I was able reserved exactly what I needed on the app, at a very convenient location. My only minor issue, is that the app would not allow me to select the dropoff location and I couldn't figure out why.

Joe BStaff was friendly and helpful. A little tricky leaving the facility if you need to head east on Kingston Pike (having to make a left hand turn off the property). Made sure that I was heading west when I returned the truck so I would be able to make a right hand turn back onto the property.
DAVID KPickup required that I come inside the building and it was a long walk across the store to the service desk. I would have rated it excellent if they had come to my truck. I'd recommend moving the service desk next to the entrance, and if picking up a trailer, offer curbside service. While the trailer was acceptable, the back door seal did not appear to be watertight. Fortunately, we did not have rain. I recommend checking and replacing gasket if needed. Finally, UHaul needs to develop a way to lock the trailer to the hitch ball on the renter's vehicle. I needed to leave my trailer in an urban area overnight and I did not want anyone to steal the entire trailer. I needed to rig a bicycle lock to the trailer arm in order to attach a heavy 4-foot chain, and pad lock this between my truck and the trailer. Fortunately, it doesn't appear to have been tampered with, and everything was okay.

ANDREW WWhere we actually dropped of on 10833 kingston pike in knoxvile Tn was EXCELLENT, very accommodating! The first drop off we were directed to at 214 west central ave. La Follette Tn was unaccommodating with no access room to unload and therefor required a return trip to find the kingston pike drop off. The La Follette is HIGHLY UNRECOMDED!
TONI EShort notice need for a trailer. They had one available, helped me to make the right choice. Trailer was in good condition.

The lady at UHaul of Farragut got everything sorted out and was able to rent me a truck. She is one of the best customer service reps I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.
