The equipment was average. I am used to even cleaner or like new equipment. I was also not able to move the mirrors which made it difficult to navigate and nearly damage vehicles by back into them. Otherwise, the guy at the counter seemed bored, showing more interest in solving customer needs would make me feel more welcome. Otherwise it's alright.

Changed my reservation twice and last change was an hour before pick up. Other location didn’t have the size I requested. Also this truck was missing the lock so I assume the location didn’t even inspect the truck after arrival.

I’ve been coming to this U-Haul of Glendale for almost 10 years and have never had an experience that was anything less than excellent! The trucks are always in great condition, and Avi (the manager) along with the rest of the staff are consistently friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Glendale Location was awesome. When dropping off Sunday evening, Anthony was super helpful and understanding. Even stayed well after-hours to continue helping other people who were pretty unpleasant personalities. Give that guy a raise.

The manager, Avi, what a super nice guy. I have been using this location for 35 years now and I know I have a lot of other choices for my rental need, but I like this location because of Avi, how he treats his customers and the employees action reflects a good manager

Remove the fast food bags and bottles from the previous renter. Clean the bugs off the windshields. And check the mechanics of the truck. When I drove at 60mph the truck sounded like a Kazoo instrument .

Simple, professional, very helpful team at U-Haul at the Glendale location. The motorcycle trailer was god sent and was super easy to use.. I will now always be renting this trailer going forward and will be my go to when needed.

Technically everything went well and arrived safely and on time. It was the communication about my box and its timeline that was atrocious. Kept getting different and later and later estimates for when it would arrive at its destination. Randomly and fortunately when I called on the 18th they said they could deliver it the next day (19th), even though the scheduled date was 4 days later on the 23rd. Really need to fix the logistics/communication side of the equation, otherwise satisfied.

The man who checked us in with our rental van and helped find the Ubox that contained our belongings was kind and very helpful. I would definitely go to the Glendale, CA location again!

While driving about 50 miles to AZ, an indicator service reminder came on. They never told me that the truck (20 footer) had a routine maintenance and is due for service. Also the rental had many dings and dents and a lot of X stickers that indicate “ quick claim” markings. I had to take pictures as my proof before driving it.

My move was last minute. The schedulers didn’t call as I was told they would which put me in panic. Communication with the schedulers was frustrating because they would tell me it wasn’t there jurisdiction and transfer me where I was on hold for over 30 min. This happen several times. I do want to commend the driver who delivered and picked up the Ubox. She was OUTSTANDING! Maricia called me to assure me she was on her way to drop off and also assured the following day with pick up issues. Honestly, she was a AAA but others B. Too much being passed around on the phone And wag too much time on hold.

I kept the rental longer than expected. I literally got the worst customer serene I mentioned I need the rental longer! I mean I did not want it to be free! But for some strange reason uhaul is uncomfortable for a vehicle being held longer “with oayment” if it was not anticipated! Really?! Staff needs to be trained correctly, most seem as if they just got released from prison and are looking for an argument. Service is getting poor instead of progress! Serious issue to be looks into in most of every location!

Facility is fine, logistics is a mess. Made an appt to rent a pickup, trailer & pick up U-Box @ 9am. Truck was not available, nothing was ready, I waited until 11 before I could leave. Not happy.

The UBox was guaranteed for delivery in Glendale on 6/30/18. It arrived on 7/2/18. No one could tell me where it was or when it would be delivered. UHaul owes me $150 for the three days it was late!
