We were given the wrong equipment, but charged more. Upon arriving to our moving location, we noticed that the wrong dolly was put into the back of the truck. This made my more more difficult. When we returned the truck, the other worker noticed that and was very apologetic. He reversed the charge and we appreciated that!

The Pick Up was fine. The guys were very nice and professional. The Van was fine. The Return was horrible. The line was so long it was blocking traffic along Los Feliz Ave, and parked cars were blocked in and couldn't get out. It is a management problem not an employee problem. There aren't nearly enough people to return the cars, and you end up getting charged for another night. When I returned it the next morning it was the same mess.

Cesar Cerros ripped me on gas and charged me extra. I complained to them and they said their manager will give me a call but never did. They even gave me an attitude. WOW!!

I made a reservation over the phone and asked if there was a parking lot for me to park my car, which would decide whether or not I should come to the pick up alone or not. I was told, clear as day, that yes, there was a lot. Obviously, there isn't. So when I got there, I had to try to find parking on the streets, which mostly have 2 or 3 hour parking. After driving around trying to fine something, I decided to drive home and have somebody drop me off. What a waste of time. This could have been avoided if I had been told the truth about parking. Also, when I called to make the reservation, she calculated everything without mentioning the insurance, which should obviously be considered.

There is a need to fix online reservations and orders - I ordered supplies through the website and it was not indicated at the time of pick-up that I had ordered them; people not associated with U-Haul were sitting outside the entrance asking if I needed help moving; poor parking options

Please have more people on staff and at least one person in the office at all times! When I came in today there was NO ONE in the office and I had to wait a helluva long time for someone to help me!!

When I went to return the truck, the lot was full. So I called a u haul representative and they told me to keep the truck overnight. When I returned the truck the following morning they seemed to not care at all, and I was charged 98$ for extra miles that I only had to drive because the location was too full to return on time. Overall I was very unhappy with this, as my original estimate was only supposed to be 56$ and the man who checked me out at the location when I did return had no sympathy and charged me anyways. In the future I will certainly think twice about using u haul because of this unfortunate mistreatment.

Terrible experience. Will be calling corporate to complain. Truck I reserved was not available because, says representative, “it was out of gas” Was given smaller truck which coulc not complete move in on trip costing me expensive time with movers I hired. Truck also had malfunctioning rear gate and lock didn’t work. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. Total ameteur hour, plan to tell family and friends on social media to skip Uhaul and find another compny. Worst experience!
