Last weekend I rent a van from U-Haul located at Brand Boulevard Glendale without going lots persiges Gentlemen name Ceaser did all my paper work & hand me a key was very pro & he knew what he was doing In & out took me 15 min I would recommend if any body need a truck or van & more try to do by that rental place

Track was cover in dust, I had to use windshield wipers to clean dust so i can see true it. Had to wait 40 min to have trailer connected to the truck. Employee didn't know how to pull loading ramps out, I had to figure it out by myself. Price for 4hr rental was to high.

Poor but the customer service was very friendly and helpful other than one lady over the phone who kept on insisting that I was wrong I believe she worked at the Inglewood location in California anyways besides the point. On Sunday about four days before I pick up my truck I was told that a 26 footer would be available for me to pick up at 12 o'clock noon at the Hollywood location by a gentleman over the phone who went outside and check the truck to make sure that it was there and that all they needed to do was go over it and clean it as well as marking spots had damages on it so to stop by at about 1 o'clock. That being said I called my day laborers and have them head on over about 20 minutes later I gave them a call back and they said they don't have a 26 footer truck that the family called in saying they needed to keep the truck for a couple extra days… I was told the truck was on property so now I'm stuck with my day laborers for two hours and I had to pay them $640 I was then told the next time a truck would be available for me would be in Inglewood on Wednesday at noon so I waited till Wednesday at noon called in the truck wasn't there again! This time it was at the Hollywood location which is better for me because it's closer to where it was moving all of my stuff from. I called the Hollywood location gave them my reference number and they didn't have the truck either so they started looking through the computer and they said oh your trucks in Glendale… So about four different times they made this mistake but they did tell me over the phone that there was a $50 inconvenience fee that they would be paying me within two business days so I'm not sure if that's coming in today or if that's coming in tomorrow because the $250 that was promised to me because I had to pay my day labor $640 to basically sit there and do nothing for an hour while he figured out if I could pick up the truck at 3 o'clock on a Sunday or not and it ended up being not so I had paid him $640 to just sit there and do nothing so I'm hoping I'll see $450 in my account tomorrow. Other than that we filled the truck up completely had a pretty quick decent move and got it all unloaded the next day. Regardless on the mixups in the confusions and sending me to four different locations within two days because the employees didn't know where the 26 footer truck would be it was a little disappointing and I started to get really frustrated because I spent a lot of money for my guys that we're gonna help move a lot of furniture down the stairs from the fifth floor because the elevator did not work which is why is paying them such a high amount of money yet the employees kept telling me there was a truck at a location and that they were seeing it and cleaning it and it was noted in the computer for separate times when it was not until finally they're actually was one at the Glendale location in California. They give me two trucks and both of them were bad one of them drove it out the lot the side mirror was broken the second one they gave me eyedrops for 2 miles the check engine light turned on

Misunderstanding with reservation and the equipment that i was issued, the steering wheel had a lot of play in it. Trucks should be either driven & tested for security & safety purposes.

The truck I had trassmission kept overheating and causing the truck to go into nutral and use more gas .. for the amount of money I would think uhual would have newer trucks that operate without problems .. I don't think I would use uhual again . Maybe penezki or enterprise truck division .

Post larger sign for after hours process.



After i had returned the truck, i had asked "if i could use the restroom." There were 3 employees standing outside talking to each other. They said, there is no public restroom. I show them the return receipt but they, all 3 of them, were keep insisting "No public restroom!" I am not sure what your policy is regarding customer using your restroom. If your customers are not able to use the facility than that is very strict policy.

The employees were very helpful and nice, however the location was so under-staffed that we had to wait over 30 minutes just to return the truck-- after moving all day, that definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. Staff more people in order to keep your customers happy

If customers would not have to wait so long. There are limited staff. When the reservation center reserves vehicles that are not present at the center it messes things up and slows down service for everyone at the U Haul center.



From customer service and the corporate. Whenever or whatever i made an apointment your services is very very poor when it comes to make a recervation with the follow up when we get to the uhaul place no trucks and so dispationted to only only one person to hepl us to get us going.its such a long line. You need to improve y customers when they make a reservation make sure we get the truck not wait or not getting give.coz you guys giving away trucks even we make a reservation.your campany need to get wasting and making to customers false promises .your maneger or supervisor need to hear this coz somebody will sue your fucking campany for what you doing with your customers..



I had an appointment for a 10 footer truck at 2:00 pm Friday. I arrived 10 minutes early and surprised that the employees talked that I can overhear that the truck that was supposed to be rented by me was dispatched to another customer. The people inside were trying to cover up the mess. I was offered a van instead. The person who helped me try to convince that a van is better since it is longer. Because I had no other option I took the van. While papers are being prepared, I sent a message to Jonathan. He came inside the office to talk time. He promised that he'll give me a $50 discount for the mistake. I got the van and instead of just two trips I made 4 trips. I encountered 71 mikes instead of just 30 or so. On return I was charged an extra $49. Jonathan told me that he shall call me Saturday about the discount. Today is Sunday and haven't heard from Jonathan. Is this the way you do service to your customers?

Everything was wonderful, my questions were answered quickly and with knowledgeable experience. I was a little confused about the night time drop off and didn't realize I should have attached a tag to my key, but I probably missed that instruction. It would be good to have maybe a return check list for night returns.
