The location "forgot" to log my equipment in upon returning it. 24 hrs later I was fielding phone calls and emails accusing me of not returning the equipment. I spent 2 hours of my personal time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue.

This location incorrectly installed our hitch and we had to have the entire thing required after loading it all up and getting on the road. This is the second time this has happened. The customer service was incredibly poor. At one point they even suggested that we call the head of the company whose number was on the door of the service office.

The staff was not very helpful, he makes it difficult for me to pick up my reserved truck. I had my reservation days before but the mobile app took us long time, not friendly user, so I went to the line instead but the staff made it so difficult to handle our situation. I've been renting at Brand Glendale but never had issues before. It depends to the staff, he needs to go over again with customer relations.

The outside of the van I rented had mud on it. I was OK with that, but someone else might not be. I recommended having the van checked, it seemed to be having mechanical problems. Everyone at the location was very helpful. The price was quite reasonable.

This review is not directed to a specific location. This review is directed towards UHAUL as a company. 1. My reservation 26' truck was not there during my pick up. I was told "Its not our fault and there is nothing we can do" 2. They finally found a 26' and send me to a different location. Now I'm 2 hours into my reservation pick up tim. 3. Uhaul offered me a $50 credit for this mess but then when it came time to getting it they acted like they can't do it 4. I tried to drop it off to the same lot and there was literally over 10 trucks parked blocking the return lot location which caused me to park on a main at. 5. I call Uhaul after a 1 hour wait on the phone for them to say I never had a reservation and were unable to locate it.

The fuel level was less than 3/4th when I rented and it was less than 3/4th when I returned. I still got charged $30 worth of fuel. just because I have no way to measure the difference, i feel decieved.

The inside of the car smelt like gross body odor & the right rear tire pressure was low (low tire pressure icon was on) —> so I went to the nearest gas station and got the air filled as well as the tank. I ended up filling the tank full - and used only a quarter of the tank. When I returned the vehicle I requested that the gas be refunded (returned at 3/4)— since the tank was at a quarter when I got the vehicle. While I was waiting I overheard that if the tank is less than a quarter the Uhaul policy is to refund the customer $25 to comp the low gas. So why doesn’t that apply if there’s extra gas left over? I am very disappointed at the customer service and the untimely wait time.

I was in the process of picking up my van rental yesterday when my chemotherapy drugs kicked in and I really needed to use the bathroom. I have been a cancer survivor for 2 years and the medication sometimes does a number on my stomach and makes it irritable. The 2 reps working the front did not hesitate and I walked me to the bathroom. I was told the bathroom was for employees only but they did not hesitate to help me out. Give them a raise. :) They make your company look very good.
