It's not a huge deal breaker or anything but, since the only real entrance is on Los Feliz and the entrance is also the vehicle return entrance. If the employee checking in trucks is not quick, traffic can back up onto the street. When I returned my trailer there were 3 trucks in the line that were being checked in and I almost had 3 cars run into the trailer I was returning because it was half in the lane of traffic. I'm sure this doesn't happen a lot, just when you get a lot of people returning at once and there is only one employee checking in equipment. Just something to be aware of. Every other aspect of my experience was flawless.

I made two phone calls to find out if my son was there. I was told the manager would call me back. He did not. This blatant disregard for the welfare of people who Rent your vehicles is NOT acceptable.

You need to be clear about what time you close, Vs. when you can turn your equipment in . It make a differ- ance to customer to employees there, but no one will help you ! In that respect you really suck !

We had to downgrade our truck in order to pick up a truck that was not 30 min away which opened up at a later time that we wanted. It was completely unacceptable that we made reservations but couldn't pick up a truck in the size we wanted because we were taking in one way. What a hassle!

I was charged an additional $22.53 for an EZ Fuel charge when I actually took the vehicle back with more gas than I borrowed it at. No wonder there was a class action lawsuit filed against UHAUL for fuel charges. There will be another.

The girl that worked tonight kept looking at me with a dirty look, right when I walked in. The manager was shitty! I had been dealing with another rep that was helping me out. When I asked if I could just wait until the morning the manager insisted I tell him what we talked about. I refused because I didn't want to say the wrong thing and get him in trouble. I feel I got ripped off. As I was walking out the door they started to laugh! I wish I could get my money back and an apology. Horrible way to treat someone!!

Lot is overcrowded, difficult to gain access (only one driveway on Brand) and to park on site. However, I have used this location twice and will I again. Staff was generally good and responsive.

I had a hitch and wiring installed on my car, but the guy who installed it ran the power wire over my exhaust, and it shorted out. so i ended up driving through texas in the middle of the night WITH NO TAIL LIGHTS OR BRAKE LIGHTS. i had to redo the wiring myself the next day
