Cheyenne MI hired a cargo van that had a problem with the gas pedal, I immediately brought it back, the representative said to me that’s how they are?! Anyway he’d did swap it for a good one. Also whatever scent they are using to clean the trucks is very strong and makes you feel sick!
CHRISTOPHER TI ended up at this location because my original location failed to leave after hours keys - it resulted in an additional 12 miles round trip beyond what I had planned consequently this rental ended up much more expensive that I had anticpated. On the plus side it was super easy and the app made it very easy to rent from the Glendale location.

MICHAEL SI think confirmations could happen online or via email vs needing a phone call-- I felt like I had to have several phone calls that were simply confirming details that had already been confirmed online, and I understand the importance of confirming when such an important delivery/pickup/move is at stake, but feel like an online option would be nice.

DOUGLAS VPicking up vehicles that often have 1/4 is not ideal. It would be a lot more convenient to have a full tank of gas, and it would be a lot easier to top off and return full than trying to match 1/4 or 1/2 tank. Otherwise it’s a great experience and staff at this location is professional and very helpful!

WILLIAM SI can confidently say that this was the absolute worse customer service at this location. First they forgot to put the furniture dolly that I requested, Secondly, they told me that the gas was at the 3/4 when it was below the 1/2. And then unfortunately when I called them they were very rude, and it seems like they don't care at all at this location. I was trying to talk to the person who was at the counter not to charge me extra for their mistake, but instead he told me he is putting me on mute because he doesn't want to hear me complaining. WHAT???? ARE YOU FOR REAL??? THIS WAS A DISASTER. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO UHAUL AT ALL. YOU FAILED YOU HAUL.
VAHE KThere is nothing you can to improve. Everything was spot on. The management was fantastic. He was very engaging. We had a heart-warming aconversation about victims of the Eaton Canyon fire, which included myself, which included myself I had a very pleasant experience there.

JAMES CI was not informed until the afternoon before I was to have an early morning pick up of the 10” truck that it would not be at the location here in Pasadena where I had reserved but rather in Glendale, some miles away. That was a big failing on UHaul’s part and an inconvenience to say the least. The personnel at the Glendale facility were efficient and helpful, as were those at the drop off in San Diego. We could not adjust the outside mirrors and so twisting and turning while driving was required.

Christopher BTotal bait and switch.!!! I use u-haul and other rental trucks often. I rarely choose THIS location because of bad experiences. In this instance, other locations did not have the equip so I rented here. I booked on line and specifically declined the optional u-haul insurance. When I got in the vehicle and read the contract, there it was! I went back to the Manager who had helped me and asked him why it was there. His very brief answer was :...That this was the Default charge...) I responded with something like you should have asked me about it etc. No apology, no excuse. No eye contact. He did not change the contract. I asked him to sign the RA so I would not be charged on return. Upon return the RA was adjusted with a Customer discount or some such. I am sure this was to keep up his total for selling insurance quotas! I do not appreciate the Bait and Switch. I have worked for 3 rental companies and am aware of the pressure placed on employees to pump profit by selling insurance. Bad look U-Haul. As for positive things here, the Lot guys and the associate who checked me in were very nice and the equip was clean. Only the manager who checked me in was an issue. There's a reason I choose this location as a last resort.

PETER AOfficial uhaul pick-up location, with helpful customer service and moving materials, plus the driver brought me the truck and fixed my mirrors. I felt the truck was in good conditions for a long journey. Had no issues along the road. I'm glad uhaul factored in a few extra miles to count for unexpected stops. That helped me ultimately choose Uhaul over other rentals. The trailer light on the dashboard would light up sometimes randomly when the truckload was either empty or full.
SARA EUhaul system needs to be more accurate as to availability. Several locations closer to me exhibited availability online but when I got there it was wrong. They were out and over booked. Had to drive an hour away to get this Cargo Van but I chose the city for pickup that I was moving to.
HELEN CExcellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Christian the guy who received my returned the truck helped me go thru with ease. It was cold that night and he helped me with the process fast and offered me to stay in the store while waiting for my ride to arrive. Such an amazing guy. 2 thumbs up! 5 stars service!

Jack MThe location was absolutely filthy, with trash scattered around and an overall lack of cleanliness that made me uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff was equally disappointing—rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. They gave off a vibe as though they didn’t want to be there, which made the whole experience even worse. To top it off, the process of renting was frustrating and time-consuming, with little to no support when I had questions. I left feeling completely dissatisfied, and I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
