John SThe men working in the office were polite and hard-working, but the equipment is in bad shape. Both rearview mirrors on the van I rented were broken, so I had to drive in the right lane throughout my trip. Not very safe, and certainly not very professional.

John MTruck was clean but rear door very very hard to open/close. Also truck got 9.5 mpg avg over 1,250 miles. Speed and load didn't affect it. Half the trip the truck was nearly empty - didn't make a difference. No good reason for mpg that bad.... (was NOT in the tow/haul mode) Personnel at pickup point were GREAT!

JOSEPH CI was very distracted when I got to the return location because my grandson was riding with me in a car seat. I nearly forgot to look in the compartment near the floor where I had left both my wallet and some cash. I was almost out of the parking lot when the attendant tracked me down and handed everything to me. His act saved me from having a huge problem to deal with. Outstanding honesty and tenacity.

Walter Tthe 17-foot uhaul could use a wheel alignment. It was a bit difficult to drive. The receptionist who helped us was very professional and well informed. I would recommend this location.

Matt HThe gentleman that checked me in, and also took the dropoff was outstanding. He was friendly, customer focused, and was constantly hustling. You are lucky to have such a great employee. The truck itself had a check engine light on, and the transmission felt like it was slipping a little bit, but no serious issues of any kind.

James GOne person working on a Saturday is a lot for one person to handle, between the trucks being rented, returned and customers coming in to buy items, and plus clean off the snow on the trucks. Granted the associate did it all with a smile on his face and very calm and polite which I don't think I would have been able to do in that circumstance. I was fortunate to get home when I did since I had hired helpers and they got to the site before me. I was happy with the truck.

Jamal MThe two guys onsite were a HUGE help as they hooked up the trailer and went the extra step to find an adapter for the electrical hookup. They brushed the snow out of the trailer and have it clean and ready. Great job to them both!
Theodore HEveryone here was friendly, helpful, and kind. The equipment was clean and seemed well maintained. I was in and out quickly both for pickup and for dropoff. I accidentally left a pair of gloves in the van and got a phone call within minutes of leaving to let me know they'd found my gloves and would hold onto them for me; when I pulled up to get them they brought them out to me with a smile. This was probably the best truck rental experience I've ever had. Just awesome.

Nate Bwomen running this UHAUL facility has been very helpful. Second time we have rented trucks and also buy moving suuplies and propane. Always pleasant and very informative! Easy in and out for rentals.

Taneka LService at location was fine, checked in online, unit was clean BUT....battery died when parked for loading which then required I get a jump start while the guys I had hired were standing around for 30-45 minutes until we could get the truck running again. Then had to keep it idling while unloading for fear it would die again. Obviously, the battery was never checked before I took it out. Ended up being a very frustrating day.
