Had become accustomed to good quick service at U-Haul. This simple trailer rental took longer than expected, and the reservation had been changed (i was unaware) so i did not end up with the trailer i had reserved. It worked "okay" but not optimal.SCOTT R.

I was charged for a appliance dolly and 24 blankets when we did not receive a single dolly and only purchased 6 blankets! We notified the staff at the pick up of the discrepancy and was told it would be fixed. We also notified staff at drop off and was told it should have already be fixed but they couldn't tell on their end. Then I notice I'm charged the full amount for an appliance dolly and all blankets on the original credit charge and was never reimbursed. I expect a response from customer service to correct the total charged and request a reimbursement for $12 for the dolly and $15 for the blankets we never received!!JAMES G.

U-Haul should have lower rates for people going across neighboring cities. I simply needed a truck to bring furniture from Glenside to Philadelphia (3 piece living room set to be exact). This simple move easily cost me over $100 and the travel was only 30 minutes away. I think that is ridiculous.ARLINDA N.
There was only one employee working and he wasn't even from that location. I don't understand how you can have no one working for you. The pick up truck I rented that was GUARANTEED was not available so I had to take a cargo van. Luckily, the van was OK because what we had to move would fit inside, but if it hadn't been, I would have been one really upset customer.Dawn M.
The hand truck and furniture dolly I had reserved with my truck rental (a month in advance), and which were CONFIRMED via an email the day before, were not available when I picked up the truck. This is unacceptable, as these items are essential for moving/loading and were confirmed as being available with my truck rental. The truck itself was fine, but the miscommunication about the accessories was not. When I returned the truck, another customer was experiencing the same issue. I opted for self check-in via the U-Haul website. I created an account, submitting all of my payment and personal information. When it came time to pick up the truck, the U-Haul website required that I turn on location services. I complied, but the website did not recognize my location and, therefore, would not allow me to check-in. I tried it on another device (again, with location services enabled), with the same result: the U-Haul website could not find my location and would not allow me to finish check-in. When I went into the store, their internet was down and they could not check me in. This all resulted in a 45 minute delay in picking up the truck... which was really stressful, because we had someone watching our children while we were picking up the truck. You MUST improve this part of the self check-in or do not offer this service at all. It was incredibly inconvenient and will weigh on my mind when I need to rent another truck when we move to our permanent residence in 3 months.Sean C.

I got the trailer to transport a mower with a 48â€ deck. The trailer was advertised as 5' x 9'. Unfortunately, that was exaggerated and did not represent the cargo space.
