I had checked in online but then spent a long time at check in at the counter. The supervisor was rude to his staff and to me. The truck’s wheel and dashboard, really the entire inside, was filthy. Considering we are in a pandemic, I was surprised by that. I never write reviews, but had to this time.

My visit before last, the female worker told me she would send me a visa gift card with the refund for amount of the returned boxes. The GM today told me that she got fired a year ago but Uhaul still owes me my refund.

I used my mobile phone to pick up my 9’ van. You are required to take a picture of the fuel gage. We drove 14 miles and put back 2 gallons of gas before returning the van. The gage was higher than when we picked it up.Unfortunately the door locked before I remembered to take a picture on return. I was charged for 1.9 gallons of gas. The picture on the bill was a ruler with what I presume was the gas reading at pick up. When I called to question the charge I was told my mistake was not bringing the original picture inside. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of the expedited mobile phone pick up? He then became rude and confrontational. It was only $7.12 and I understand these are very stressful times , but threatening customers and being dishonest are never acceptable business practices in my book. He could just as easily have said, ‘It is really busy. Can I look into this and get back to you? ‘ If you have an option to choose another location for pick up I would recommend doing so.

No complaints about the vehicle or the employee, but I had scheduled my vehicle pickup for 8:30am using the Truck Share 24/7 option. I was told to arrive 10-15 minutes early. When I arrived and tried to pick up my vehicle, I was told I would have to wait until the location opened at 9am and that the Truck Share 24/7 option was not available at this location. This was just a mild inconvenience for me-people helping me move had to wait outside my apartment for 30 min until I got back-but it would have allowed me to schedule for any time. What if I needed to pick the vehicle up at 5am? If I had been told that I couldn't pick up until 9am from the get-go I would have planned accordingly.

I go out of my way to pick this location and must say I was a bit surprised that the truck I used was not as clean as I would have expected. They are usually spotless and this one had some mud in the driver's cab and in the bed. Please don't let your standards slip!

I was pleased with the reserving process but disappointed with the store, slow and not helpful. I was also disappointed that I told them 8 hours, only 6 was put on the invoice. When I called to say I won't be back I was told OK and they wouldn't charge me extra but they should have, I thought these were 24 hour rentals

Issues with the 24/7 lock box feature. Was supposed to pick up at 8:30 and was not given the code until 9:40. Asked for support from the store and was not granted it. On hold with customer support for an hour. Disappointed and discouraged by this process for using uhaul in the future.

During this time with Covid-19, you should be supplying your workers with personal protective gear; face masks and gloves would be appropriate.
