Slow customer service. incorrect drop-off selected by store even though I put a correct one on the app the day before.

Sidney NThis place is a disaster. The only reason this place is running at all is because you have one employee who is literally killing himself to provide service. The parking lot was a mass of dropped off equipment that blocked anything from coming or going. St opening there were 5 of us already waiting. The one guy working was trying inspect incoming equipment, park it, make room AND then check people in and get their equipment. It was a madhouse. This guy needs help because good help leaves if they aren’t supported and this guy deserves better from his management. If I recommend this location it’s because of him and solely because of him.

Joel THad electrical for hitch installed yesterday and now my car won’t start.
Marta BI waited for 4 hours while your tech tried to install the wrong hitch on my car. He checked again and again but your system must have the wrong part number for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson. I felt sorry for the guy, but it is inexcusable for it to take so long to NOT install a hitch, especially when it was an "install while you wait" appointment.
Robert KThe day after I returned the truck I was contacted that they I had not returned the truck. When I called I was asked when I expected to return the truck. I told them who checked the vehicle back in and that is when he "found" the keys. Further, I used less than half of the estimated miles and yet there was no refund. And this after I was told there would be. Yes, it's like $15. But then don't tell me I will get a refund. The young woman who checked me out when I first rented the truck was very nice and since I had done all the paperwork online, she got me out on the road quickly.

EDWARD FTruck sounded like it was about to rattle apart. Returned with more gas than I left with, got charged for 2 more gallons. Maybe just maintain the trucks and rent all of them with a full tank.

David SThe customer service was awful. There was one employee working who spent more time on her phone than helping customers. I stood in a line for 45 minutes before I could pick up my truck with only 3 customers ahead of me. I reserved a 15' box truck and was forced to rent a 10' when I went to pick up the truck because they said they did not have a 15' truck left. Why was I able to reserve it if you could not honor the reservation? I will never visit this uhaul location again!

MARCUS MThe truck I ran it the seatbelt warning did not work, even though I was buckled in the alarm kept going off the whole time I was driving. I also ordered a handtruck that when I got there, I was informed that there was none and that they could not give me one, but I was allowed to purchase one for $90. The attendant was not sympathetic and actually rude.

CATHLEEN B1) the front desk person gave us a truck that was iced/snowed in and needed time to clear 2) when we returned the truck, the front desk girl told us that UHaul will charge me if I don't return the blanket tarps folded... wasn't sure if the girl was messing with me or not, but I didn't see that as a clause anywhere.

GERALD HPart of my experience was OK however I was sold a lock that didn’t fit my vehicle and then I was given a problem when I tried to return it. The person selling me the lock knew the size of the truck that I was getting and said it would fit. That’s fine that it didn’t work, but the girl that I talk to Friday night was very rude and was giving me a hard time they wind up giving me a cheap five dollar lock but refused to credit me back the other seven dollars that I had spent on the more expensive lock

SHAWN MI liked the ease of pick-up when interacting w/Alvin, he was polite and helpful. Returning the vehicle after hours was less than ideal....the lockbox did not work in the cold weather, and I was thrilled that I had the option to drop the key in the key slot in the door. Additionally, I didn't realize so many pictures would be required when dropping off the vehicle, but I do understand why....it's simultaneous protection for both the consumer and U-Haul. Thanks again!

JUNIOR BThe person who pulled up my information (younger man) could not have cared any less about my business. He ignored me, texted while looking me up, and hardly spoke to me. The other 2 workers there were very friendly.
Kathleen MThere was the smell of Marijuana when I picked up the trailer and when I returned the trailer in the rental office. I was the only customer at the establishment both at pickup & return yet the same person working suggested I should attach the trailer and off disconnect the trailer on my own. I indicated that in the past UHaul employees did the attaching and disconnecting of the trailer and he very reluctantly attached the trailer at pickup and the same reluctance when I dropped off the trailer. Absolutely terrible customer service. It seems all that this employee wants to do is smoke weed and watch videos on his phone rather than do his job, he should really consider employment that does not involve working with the general public. Really a shame. I will not rent equipment from this location again. I would give negative stars if I had the option.
