I have had issues with a couple of locations outside of Grand Forks so I know that this office does a better job than most. Employees are quick and professional. They provide good customer service.

BRADLEY BThe windows were not clean when we got in it. We drove about 3 miles, loaded the entire truck to figure out the windshield wiper fluid was frozen. So we fought that for 1700 miles. I asked the employee if the u haul lock would work on that truck and he said it fits any of the trucks. It did not in fact work. Very upsetting after paying 2200$.
