My only issue was that we had called I reserved the trailer for Monday at 12 pm through Tuesday at 6 pm. Upon arrival it was in the system as only until 6 pm on Monday. Luckily we were able to keep until the following morning. But it was an inconvenience, none the less.

The price was nice cheaper than any other moving place here but the people were not they were not friendly and they were rude when asked if we could come get it a little earlier when I did reserve it for the whole day which was fine if I couldn't but there was no reason to be rude and I was supposed to have it back at 5 we are running a little bit late cuz you know movie does take forever we called to see if we could come in but 20 minutes later and she was rude to so we did have a back on time



The trailer did the job just fine. It was mechanically sound. However, the weather stripping was coming off both doors, and the trailer just looked like a piece of junk. Anyways, it did the job, so no real complaints, just those comments.

I ordered online from a certain location almost 3 weeks prior, get there to pick up and they not only don't have a truck but the don't have any info on my rental so she sends me to the other location. Get there and they don't have the correct size truck I had a confirmation for. I'm then told I could only get it for one day instead of two (2 was confirmed on my reservation) and I had to drop it off at another location. Very frustrating and neither location was professional. I will NOT rent or recommend Uhaul to anyone in this city.

Improve your reservation system. Unbelievable in 2017 that you allow a customer to make a reservation for vehicles that you don't have and then call customers five days later to tell them their reservation is not possible. If this was 1985, that would be reasonable. These days, it's just crazy. The employees at the location on Gateway are EXCEPTIONAL. I had a great experience with them. The customer service representative from Fargo that called me to tell me that my reservation was not possible was extremely rude and abrupt and didn't do anything to help me find an alternate solution.



Normally I have a good experience. But this time I got a truck the truck had a very bad transmission. Engine would rev up and took a lot to switch into the next gear. At times I was worried that I would end up stranded.

I picked up a trailer Wednesday this week and related I was moving to Fargo and they mentioned they only had two way trailers (so they need to come back). I called and asked if it was okay for me to drop off the trailer Friday night after I already paid for two days with insurance and they said that was fine. I looked at my account this Saturday and I was charged for another day and insurance. I expect a refund for being over charged I will be calling this uhaul store when its open next. Plus, I've never had a uhaul store tell me I couldn't drop off the trailer anywhere else.

I was told i couldn't receive my military discount until I returned the rental, but when i did return it the gentleman told me it was supposed to be applied when renting unit. He also told me that he would credit my account but never received it. Very disappointed in customer service, employees are supposed to know how to take care of all types of transactions.

The truck I rented was a 26 footer, and it was really old. Had 141,000 miles on it and drove all over the road. I couldn't imagine taking that truck on a long drive, it doesn't drive straight. It's sad to see U-Haul still having the oldest equipment in the moving business.

The trailer was an old model, the latch system to close the doors was all rusted and hard to close. Also the trailer was old and was hard to pull because it was bouncing around a lot. Had to stop a few times to make sure the trailer was still secured to the car. If equipment is that old, maybe it should be retired!!!!!

I checked in online to "cut our pick up time in half" but doing so caused problems with our reservation when we go to the store and it took 2 employees and several attempts to get us checked in. Sort of a waste of time...

There was no ramp on the 10' truck. Had I known I would have rented a truck with one.
