jose cDuring check in communication wasn't clear, we thought we would get the 100 deposit back, but found out the fees of renting the uhual would be deducted from the 100 deposit.
Shaun Wit would be nice to have a waiting room but there are good places nearby to wait.
Michael LLocation is above par. equipment was clean . "Pharaoh towing" really dropped the ball, left me hanging. after a blowout and being contacted by them, they said they did not have the size replacement tire for the trailer. I mentioned the location I had rented the trailer from had a second trailer that had the same tires and rims needed to replace the blow out and it was not very far from my location. Pharaoh towing "made a call" and left to "pick it up". after an hour+ i had not heard back and called the location I rented the trailer from only to be told no one had picked up the rim/tire. my roadside assistance contractor, Pharaoh towing had cancelled on me without letting me know, a second contractor called me ,Santin, and I had mentioned that Pharaoh was taking care of me, not knowing i had been cancelled. an hour later i was dispatched a third roadside contractor... 6.5 hrs later, Absolute towing and the Vance Jackson Uhaul location helped me get my loaded trailers load to a second trailer and get home before midnight. I recommend and will continue using Ingram Uhaul. I will absolutely never do or accept service from Pharaoh towing .
Sean SThe only thing to improve is having the truck gassed up with full tank. The customer should not have to worry to fill up. But the customer should return with full tank as well. But all-in all very good service at this location .

Tristan RBeen renting from Uhaul for years with never an issue however this time the trailer I rented had brake and light issues. Lights would work , then go out. Melted my trailer plug. Also felt as if the trailer brake was braking on the highway and causing the trailer and tow vehicle to bounce. Not sure if the two are related but the trailer I rented needs some help. Tried to return trailer to a closer location because of issues and was told I'd be charged away more. No thanks Uhaul I believe our relationship will end after this experience.

Manuel SI requested a 15 foot U-Haul. I even got confirmation and then when I got sent to this location they didn’t have any trucks. They also did not have any trucks anywhere else in town. so why would they give me a confirmation that I could have a 15 foot truck when they don’t even have any available?

Raymond HI dont like the fact the insurance on the car is refundable i spent 150 on the uhual when i didnt use it for that long. Also the rental rate was suppose to be 29.99. They charged me 59.99 for the rental of the car.
