The only issue with this location was that there was no parking available for our vehicle but I guess that is because they have so much inventory which is good for the customer as there is so much to choose from.
SCOTT BMy only concern was that the back of the truck was not as clean as usual. Before I returned it, I swept it with a broom and then used a Swiffer mop -- it took 2 wet pads and both were black with dirt. I like to return rentals in better shape than I got them.
DAVID BThe person who helped me did a great job and took care of the trailer immediately, but the store itself was a bit cramped with all of the boxes and packing materials crammed into such a small space.

KIMBERLY GStaff were VERY kind, helpful, prompt and informative. However, this may have been the dirtiest truck I’ve ever rented and truck felt in need of serious work mechanically. Will I rent again, absolutely, but I also feel this is important information that needs passed along.
KENNETH RAssociate did not come out to verify van's condition prior to me leaving (which made checking in very quick). Van was very dirty inside (possibly prior renter's items left in back??) Spare change & dirt made it clear it hadn't been cleaned before I got it. I dropped it off prior to my return time at the designated area; had to go inside because associate was in the back room. All he asked was if the gas tank was full. I said yes & I was on my way. Quick check out but didn't inspect van for any damage, correct mileage, or gas (it was all good but still). Not a bad experience but questionable as to why nothing was inspected before or after rental.

TIMOTHY RI was told that unless I provided a number for someone else they could reach, they may not be able to proceed. If I didn’t need the truck that day, I would have just walked away. If this is your policy, I will only rent from you as a last resort.

MATTHEW ATruck was dirty pop coffee stains and residue in cup holders and dash. Wiper blades streaked needed to be changed which caused it to be a safety issue. I had to clean and detail the inside of the truck.
