Timothy RWebsite/App needs to be updated to reflect that the insurance coverage is not optional for trucks. I reserved a truck online and selected no insurance coverage and I was still charged the $30 fee because the staff said it’s no longer optional to decline the coverage for trucks. Staff admitted that the app hasn’t been updated to reflect it’s now required to purchase the insurance coverage.

HUMERO PThe agents were polite. There was no issue there. The agent said we would get a discount when the truck was returned, however the receiving agent was not aware. The agent was however able to adjust the bill after I further explained what we were told about the gas situation. I suggest making sure the agreements are followed through on.

Steven BThe general manager had a car seller come to Uhaul to sell him a used Mercedes and took it for a test drive while getting paid to work. Their was 5 people in line and one of the employees complained that what the fuck is he doing when their 5 people in line and the general manager on the clock taking some dudes Mercedes for test drive. It not like the general manager got money to buy it. The next day I caught the general manager not paying attention to my Uhaul rental agreement he was on the company phone looking up football news and games.
TOU VTruck had a check engine light on workers were very rude
ANTHONY MBooked a van a few days prior to my rent date. Went to the store only for them to tell me that they don’t have a van for me. They were overbooked. A phone call would’ve been nice so I wouldn’t have had to waste a trip. Luckily there was another location with the van that I needed so they were able to redirect me there.
AIKA HThe truck was rented with no fuel. They didn't bother to update the rental agreement so it showed that I left with a quarter tank which was not correct. The young man at the counter said I would receive a credit for returning the truck with extra fuel but I did not. Other than not having any gas, the truck was relatively clean and the guy working the lot was hustling to help me get the truck off the lot. I would rent from here again.

SUSAN RFirst of all it made me uneasy to see that employees use personal phones to take pictures of our driver license. Second the process of dropping off trailer when business is closed was horrible. I had no room to easily drop off trailer and drive away, I literally had to move some trailers around to be able to squeeze through and get out of there. Also the application or process to self checkout when business is closed was very confusing and took such a long time. Almost as if done on purpose so customer can just leave without checking out to then get charged the additional 20 dollar fee the next day. Horrible experience.

DAWNA VIsac, Christian and Drew were all great friendly and helpful. This was by far the best customer service I’ve had in Fresno!! They deserve some recognition and perhaps help show other locations how to interact with customers!! Definitely recommend going to this location for great service
