Worker locked uhaul keys in the uhaul had to take me back to get a whole new uhaul . Didn’t give me all the information I needed to know Before taking back to uhaul . Was surprised how much in turned out to be . On top of that the wheel didn’t have air . Wouldn’t recommend renting a uhaul out ever again .

We rent often for our moving company and this is the second time they have charged us a third day when we return after hours and they again charged us incorrectly for fuel! It’s very frustrating to have a hold get the Charlene when we return it and then the hold takes days to drop off and then we have to wait forever for our refund. And at this point we are still waiting to here mar from them about our refund because this location never answers its phone!!! Ever!!!

Staff needs to work on customer service skills, two staffers I dealt with while checking in and out were a bit on the rude side. Customers already have a lot on their mind when they are moving, a little bit of courteous behavior can go a long way! However, the gentleman who made by booking was above par with his people’s skills.

This by no means is a review of the employee that was at this location today, because he was hustling trying to accommodate and take care of every customer present. Between the propane refills, rentals, and returns, he was completely overwhelmed though. This is a review though based on how utterly understaffed this location was for a Saturday afternoon. You’d think you would have more employees on the clock on Saturday and Sunday since I’m assuming that’s going to be the busiest moving days of the week. It took me literally an hour to check in my truck this afternoon, which in my opinion is unacceptable. I will be looking into other options besides uhaul for any of my future moving needs, because my time is more valuable than waiting for an hour to return my rentals. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with UHaul. The pick-up I rented had a defective tailgate. It was obvious that this was a problem for previous renters. I am very upset that I was given equipment that the company HAD to know was defective. I was even more upset that the rental employee and the call center employee were exactly NO HELP at all. My family has been renting equipment from UHaul for many years, but we will NEVER deal with this company ever again.

Location is understaffed and wait time is longer then expected. I was a UHAUL dealer before and understand the importance of customer service but it is unbelievable when you call a day before to schedule to have the right equipment UBOXES ready and also have the call center send a message to the location a day before about coordinating between the customer and the center to have everything prepared and you still have to wait for equipment because all 4 UBOXES were not ready to be dispatched simultaneously because we had to wait 2 hours for a cover and was rushed to make it back before 7pm closing. I believe that UHAUL has do do better at dispatching and have enough help on hand with the physical labor side to meet the dispatch side of reservation made. Staff seems to be overwhelmed every time I visit this location.
