The parking lot is VERY small and hard to get in and out of. The staff was excellent!
MICHAEL MThe attendant checked me in quickly and then hooked up the rented trailer to my car in just a few minutes. The trailer did the job, and when I returned, the attendant got me on my way again in just a couple of minutes.
LEROY MI am generally satisfied with U-Haul's services, such as vehicle delivery and agent support, which have helped simplify the process. However, I felt frustrated and cheated after an unwarranted deduction occurred post-delivery of the vehicle. As part of the vehicle handover process, we filled up the tank (I can provide the details and charges, if needed) and the agent verified and acknowledged that everything was set. Yet, a fuel charge was later added, which was very frustrating and damaged the credibility of U-Haul's services. I did not find it professional to add such surprising charges without any explanation, especially when the agent had verified and confirmed that everything was in order during the handover. This experience has left me feeling cheated, and it may impact my willingness to recommend U-Haul's services in the future.

ALFRED VI booked a U-Haul at Marymoor self storage which was rebooked to Redmond Ridge self storage. When I arrived, I was told that my U-Haul would not be available but was not told this until 30 minutes after my reservation was to have started. The woman at the check in counter was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do. We had movers booked to help us move, which cost us a considerable amount. After trying the U-Haul help line, we were then told that we had been rebooked to Kirkland - 30 minutes away from our location. The Kirkland location was fine but we spent 1.5 hours driving around before we were able to pick up our U-Haul and ended up having to pay for extra time with the movers which cost us $125. It would have been fine if we had been told about the rebooking before our scheduled time but we were only told 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Extremely upset over this experience as my husband and I were on a tight deadline to move out of our apartment and needed to be out that day.

DEMELZA BThis location is not suited for customer parking. With the upcoming tear down and new construction of the strip mall behind the facility parking will only get worse. I would recommend relocating the U-Haul facility to a more favorable location for both U-Haul and prospective customers.
JAMES GDo not have a hand truck in the truck. I did not rent one since i have my own. The one "locked" in the truck took up space i could have used. Plus it is in the way for loading,. It would be nice to have the moving blankets already in the truck. Although it was not an issue, in the future, I will take a picture of mileage and how full the gas tank is at pick up and drop off. The desk people were very helpful, courteous, as was the person who came out as I dropped the truck off.

Chiranjeeb NThe person who gave me the truck was a excellent worker he deserves a raise he couldn’t find the key to the original van so he was literally running around and eventually he had to give me a different van which he cleaned the best he could but there was pet hair stuck on the seats and my clothes were full of pet hair

David EThe Kirkland U-Haul facility and the people working there are great. The U-Haul online reservation and U-Haul app resulted in numerous errors on my final bill. I opted for the $15 safe move option; I rented a 9' van for 1 day (24 (hrs). I was charged $30 on my final invoice instead of $15. I rented six furniture covers; they come in bags of 6. I was charged for a dozen (12), $5 overcharge. Finally, there was an item coded UD on my final receipt @ a rental rate of $7, and I was charged $14. In total, I was charged $34 for items that I either 1) did not order or 2) didn't know what I was charged for. I will return to the store and dispute these charges.
Gregory SHave not received my email receipt yet. Returned truck approximately 3:00pm it's now 9:00pm. Was nice they had my good to go pass in the office that I left in the vehicle when I returned to fetch the pass.
WILLIAM TIt is really hard to get in and out of. There is virtually no signage to help people drop off after hours and trucks and vans where backed up basically into the street we had to call and find a spot in the back to leave it even though there was plenty of space people just had no clue where to leave anything. There is also no parking at all when you go to pickup or drop off.

I forget the name of the gentleman who helped me on return, but he also navigated some computer issues like a boss while helping multiple customers. Keep them employed and you'll have return customers, myself included.
BRANDON G1. The truck had bad steering control and should not be used until it’s fixed. It’s agents the law to rent it the way it is now. 2. Also the breaks are weak. 3. Also the truck screams when making turns. Very very poor quality truck and dangerous to rent!!!!!

Ochir STruck had check engine light on when I was given the truck. I informed the staff whom told me it was fine. I asked for a different truck and was told no and the one I had would be fine. Transmission ran very oddly, catching when accelerating, and the truck burned 7 gallons of fuel in 25 miles. I have driven many uhauls and don't expect "good" gas mileage, but 3.6mpg on a 10ft truck is insane especially when it was not filled to the brim or filled with a heavy load.

SEAN SThis location, the U-Haul in Kirkland on 85th, always makes checking out and checking back in very easy and quick. I've used them before and my experience is consistently without friction. Moving is stressful so not having additional surprises is good. With this location you get just what you expect, a clean working vehicle, and a price with no surprises. I'm happy with them.
