The service was great and fast even though it was only one person in there. My only down fall was the fact that they didn't have any dollies to rent. I had to go across town to get one. But everything else was great.

The staff are young, teenagers likely. We had a reservation and the guy gave us the key and pointed to the wrong truck but we were able to correct it as the app told us it was the truck to the right. There were other people parked and left their cars/uhaul trucks in the way so we had to wait until people left so we could reverse the truck, check it out, then leave. The hangar was also in the way and difficult to reverse; my friend told one of the kids/staff "this is hard to do, we don't want to hit anything" and the kid laughs and says "yeah"...?

Train your employees better. We all make mistakes but when it could lead to a possible fatality because an employees doesn’t attach a trailer properly that puts people at risk. Now I’m waiting for a reply from u-haul for damage to my rifle because of your employee. I look forward to u-haul resolving this quickly.

It wasn't the location that made it a frustrating and bad experience but the inept technology side of it. The app had several things that did not work properly There was no communication between customer service and the location of necessary requests, and the return location I selected was confirmed through an email though Uhauls records showed evidently showed that I was supposed to return to a different location as I found out 2 days after I returned the trailer to the original location and was contacted by the changed location looking for me to return the trailer.

Everything was great until the return. Well, the move was terrible, but U-Haul wasn't the problem. Until I went to return. After a phone call to the return location to verify, some kid comes out and starts barking orders while they're busy. I told him to come back when he's ready. He kept barking orders. I never told this child I was a United States Marine. And barking orders was quite a thing I could demonstrate with masterclass flourish. But I like smooth and not wringing. Boys and girls. When your parents were "vulnerable" and told you how "confusing" their lives are and "lost" everyone is... They're talking about all they know in the universe, your family -- you were a genuine accident for the end of it all. That's what that really means. Don't have a stranger of 7-Sea-Sailing Certainty pretend for too long that you're stupid, play your imaginary idiot, because it's all you've ever seen. You don't want to get smart, too fast, at one time. U-Haul... adjust these young fools. Set an example for fast food.

I’ve rented from Uhaul a number of times and I have to say this is the worst rental site I’ve used. There was no one at the register, I had to go in to the bay where they were working on a truck to find someone who could help me. The owner came out, was less than pleasant and sent me over to another employee. This person didn’t know how to take the pin out of the hitch or put the hitch in. He openly said he just knew how to crank down the trailer onto the ball. Very frustrating.

Had to fix drivers mirror after pulling over. Hex nut was loose and needed to be tightened in order to keep it from shifting while driving. Was not in a position to to turn around and take back to store

Had problems with receiving the wrong truck and therefore had problems with getting/returning the truck online The engine light was on in the truck when I received it and after an employee turned it off it came back on during my move There’s no parking on the facility which is a little difficult The store is well maintained and clean I bought blankets from this location but the pre packed bags only had 5 blankets instead of 6 so I had to go back to get the missing 2

Customer service was good and accomodating-Andrew, the manager, made sure I had the right-sizes truck for my needs and adjusted my reservation appropriately. The 10' van I had did have a few issues: it pulled to the right (alignment out), brakes were spongy and I sometimes needed to depress the pedal to the floor to get any results, and when refilling the tank there is a large a.ount of back flowing that occurs (this happened at every refueling).

Small location, limited personnel, but fairly easy for turn ins. Very tiny area for getting rentals and no parking for personal vehicles.

Don’t charge people for things they didn’t add to the rental. I did not rent a furniture dolly or furniture pads. They came in the truck when we picked up even though I specifically only requested a dolly. One singular dolly. So now I have to pay $37 for things we didn’t need.

Great communication and terrific service. I was scheduled for a Saturday install and got a call asking if I wanted it early. Dropped my car off on time, got a call less than 3 hours later to come pick it up. Friendly people. I'd recommend this spot to family and friends.

The question " .Were the Person helpful at the drop?" -- It was obvious he was a rook... No complaints, he was polite. The drop seemed kind of awkward. -- all is well I went my way happy. These questions about the "drop off" --- really are not leaving room for such answers as to " as expected" or, "there were anomolies" or mostly. The questions posed serious feed back but then channeled the answers to a "YES" or "NO" --- not so easy on our end to say yes or no when there are many more answers. God Bless you, Make American Great Again.

Custom Service incredible with ever person we interacted with. We have used Uhaul multiple times and keep going because of the amazing customer service. Only negative with location, which is out of control of Uhaul, is being able to pull into location from street. The L-turn lane is a bit challenging.

The staff at the U Haul Lakewood location were Exceptional!!! The Manager was very attentive and ensured the process went smoothly. That said, the young man that waited on us at the time of pickup and return was Very Knowledgeable and took the extra time to ensure we knew all of the safety features, requirements and safe travel aspects of pulling the rented trailer behind our pickup from Lakewood to our destination in Helena, MT and return to the Lakewood location. Two guys working were on point, I showed up ten minutes before 9am these guys open the doors and got me into my trailer by 9:02am and I was on my way. They were cleaning trucks that came in at night drop off previous to opening. I have been to this location over the years with varying degrees of competent employees. This two young guys were the best I’ve seen at this location

I was extremely happy with my experience The manager, Andrew Johnson, was extremely helpful We rented on a Thursday for 1 day Less than 6 hours later, we had someone back into our vehicle, causing a complete stoppage of loading I immediately called Andrew who was able to let me keep the truck a second day We were able to finish the move. And we got the truck back the following evening Thank you Andrew
