Truck was clean but on display with door open. Washington rain storm left a lake in the back that we had to mop up before loading.

The location was very busy, several customers in line to either turn in or rent vehicles and only one employee behind the counter on the phone for several minutes. No customers in the store were being helped. Spent close to an hour trying to turn my rental in.

Have more front counter people. This facility is by a military base and there are many people there everyday.

Reserved my trailer weeks in advance.Should of picked it up just a couple of blocks from my house. The day before I needed I called to check on things.I was informed there were no trailers available, but they had some in Port Oarchard which is quite the drive. So I started to look at different companies. I called U-haul again,This time they had found a trailer at another one of their actual dealers. It was only about 30 mins.away.Yes the trailer was in fair condition. No we did not notice there was not a front Jack. (It was pointed out either)yes the trailer was very easy to pull.Yes the return place I choose was actually not close as I thought So was given permission to change the location. First place refused to accept.Second place was not open but PHONE numbers were posted, I called them and also U-Hauls main office and trailer was left there.End of Adventure.

I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the two employees who helped me with the trailer pick up and drop off. Especially impressive was the hookup in the cold and rain! I will continue to rent from this location. Thanks for a job well done!

I originally booked for 17 feet at 12 noontimes. I got a call early morning while i was sleeping explaining that they will not be able to provide me that 17 feet truck even though i have booked in advance. so i did not mind and show willingness to accept the 15feet at 130 pm instead of 12 noon. When i finally got there to pick up the truck at 2 pm the truck was not ready and had to wait 15-30 min. Bellow are the few things i have wasted and would like to talked to general manger about it. I have to make 2 trips because of 15 feet truck instead of 17 feet. I wasted 3 hours of my high paying work because of last minute change from uhaul.

Onsite parking for customers even minimal.

Better training on equipment hook-up. The trailer came unhooked from the ball over railroad tracks. The safty chains were highly effective as this was a two axle trailer. The trailer was empty and I managed to hook it back up. After the re-install, I noticed that a clunking noise I previously heard, had now disappeared, leading me to believe it was not properly tightened.

My experience with U-Haul was incredibly bad. I called Spanaway,WA and told them that I had a load that was49" wide and needed a trailer to suit my needs. I was told that there was a 5' x8' trailer available. I reserved the same. You advertise a trailer that is 5'' x 8' when it is actually 51" wide. You advertise a trailer that is 6' x 12' that the bed is less than 60". I reserved a 5x8 and when I was ready to load and leave the next morning I found out my cargo wouldn't fit. Returned that trailer and was told there wasn't a larger trailer available. When called dispatch (800 number) I was informed the there was an open, dual axial in Yelm some 20 miles away. I hurried to get there before they closed and they had no such trailer. The proprietor found one in Lakewood WA. Again some 25 mile away. When I arrived at Lakewood it took an hour before I left the lot. I was in a bind as I was leaving the next morning early. So I was forced by your false advertising to trade 1000lb. trailer for one that weighs 2290. 1290 lbs heaver. Resulting in extensive fuel mileage loss. I was also charged one day for the 5x8 trailer I couldn't use. I would like a response from you. Dr. Jack Gillette 253-847-1626 6010 260th St E Graham, WA 98338 Contract#94167651 9/27/2017

1. If some one reserves a truck early in the morning, it might be a good idea to have the truck ready and out front rather than have the customer have to clear the windows out in the unpaved storage area 2. It might be a good idea to ensure that the renter knows how to aim the passenger side rear view mirror before they leave 3. If the staff are going to make a big deal about the truck being back on time mid-day, it might be a good idea to have the other 4 of the same size truck gone when the truck is returned. Really? That particular truck was reserved at x o'clock for someone when the other 4 that were there at 8 in the morning were still sitting there and hadn't moved? At least adjust the daily rate if you are going to insist on "well we didn't really mean all day.... that's just based on availability" (The other 4 were inoperable?)

The truck transmission was running extremely rough and should not have been rented to us.
