george was not helpful in answering phone about side door problem had to lose time, mileage to go to location to resolve door issue .he had to try for 10 minutes to get side door open. i asked to be remebursed for 5 miles and not call back. 2158037503

Frederick CInaccurate reporting of fuel. Received van with less than 3/4 tank and charged for full tank. Tried to pin a broken fuel door on me when i received it with the damage already there. You’d think something like that would be in the records. Overall bad record keeping whether intentional or not, it’s costing more money than advertised.

PAUL GWhen we got there, we were told that we could not park in the spots available in the UHaul store. We were told that we needed to park in the Wawa or somewhere else. We tried to park at Wawa but they did not let us park there. With picking up a rental truck and not being able to park in the same spot, it created extra stress with figuring out where to park. When we did talk with the customer service representative, she was not very pleasant or helpful with answering the questions. She did not show us where our UHaul Truck was and had an attitude. When we returned the UHaul Truck, it took between 45 minutes and an hour to do the return truck feature available on the app, which caused us extra stress after a long day. I would not recommend going to this UHaul due to the poor customer service representative, unable to park your car in the same area, the difficulty using the app, and the amount of miles on the UHaul Truck. Our specific UHaul truck had over 139,000 miles.
PATRICK RThe associate took over 20 minutes to get me my keys and was not friendly, walked so slow like he couldn’t be bothered. My pickup was half hour late because of that. Then there were so many additional fees, my $20 truck suddenly cost $109.

JOHN JHire and train more in-office employees to provide customer service, rather than out-sourcing all of it to app-based self check-in approved by remote call center workers. There should be more than one person behind the desk at a rental agency, and they should be able to process transactions, approve customer identities, confirm vehicle conditions, and check vehicles in/out of the system.
COLIN WPicked up trailer went home discovered bad tire,called to come back and have problem taken care of. WE DONT DO THAT HERE.Call roadside! I explained I had the trailer 3 hrs and was 2 miles from pickup location. Again raoadside. I thought someone would be concerned that the trailer was not pretripped and want to make it right. Called roadside, download app,create account,wait. 0 stars for customer service. Left front tire was bald with a big bulge in it. Right front would not pass inspection in my state either.
THOMAS CFacility was fun and people were great but I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for no reason. Chat next day reversed fee - but a bit disconcerting to say the least
