Uhaul did not notify me about switching the location of my pickup, hence why I was late on my return. Very unprofessional.

The experience was horrendous! My wife and I arrived on 12/8/`18 to pick up our 10' vehicle. It was not onsite! Vehicle was still rented and not returned. Agreed to return on 12/9/18 to pick up a 15' to make it easier for establishment. Agreed to pick up vehicle at 1:30pm after my work shift. Returned at 1:30pm on 12/9/18 to pick up vehicle. Employee stated that we scheduled foer an AM pick up and vehicle was not there. Stated he called me several times, I received no calls on my number. associate scrambled around to located vehicle. truck had water or glass sloshing around inside of passenger door. Very noisy the entire ride. Office had no envelopes for contract. Did not perform walk around with me. Employees were indignant and indifferent through the entire process. Very disappointed!!!

They did not have the size truck I reserved so I had to take a smaller one. This caused us to have to take several more trips than planned costing a little more for the overall rental.

Completely mishandled my reservation and provided the wrong vehicle upon arrival. Jason made it right so I commend him but the van was filthy and had not been cleaned out from previous user ( old water bottles ). Upon returning the vehicle at 2:00 PM, 2 hours before I committed to bringing it back , the uhaul manager said it was due at 11:59 AM but he would cut me a break. It was not late. These guys need to get their act together.

It's not documented anywhere if you're late with the vehicle what the steps are and trying to call in takes more than 10 minutes of holding on any line at the local store or the 1-800 number so when I needed to extend to the next day and didn't want to get gout I ended up getting customer service finally after 40 minutes of calling multiple numbers and waiting on hold an extremely long time but everybody was extremely nice extended me for the day it was no big problem and it really wasn't expensive.

They charged me for gas, but I returned it with more gas than I got the truck with! Julian was a very rude and belligerent agent and I wad told the manager was going to call me to rectify the situation, but the manager never called and they went ahead and fraudulently charged my credit card. Very poor experience!

The gas gauge in the of the new van did not work properly. The gauge registered nearly full when I picked up the van.. Within 400 feet of leaving the store the gas gauge dropped to 7/8th full. I only drove the van 20 miles for the whole rental and did not keep the running at any time the truck was parked. I moved a bedroom set consisting of bed frame, mirror, and 2 bureaus. There were essentially no delays in traffic and my route was gentle small hills. When I refilled the van before returning the van to the store. The total amount of gasoline to fil the truck again was 5.64 gallons. One would not expect that gas mileage for the van would be 0.282 miles per gallon. The price of the gasoline was 2,979 per gallon I am not able to Attach the gasoline receipt to this email. Please tell me how to best transmit the receipt to UHaul.. Assuming the van only got 10 mpg, the cost of the fuel for the 20 miles should have been $5.96 instead of the $16.14. Could you please issue a credit on the card that I used to rent the van for $10.48? Thank you, Jim Norton

The personnel I worked with at this location were good. However, UHaul corporate needs to make changes to their order process. I requested a 9' van, got confirmation that I was getting the 9' van, and then received another confirmation the day before that indicated I was getting a 10' truck. I was told by the staff at the UHaul site that vans were not allowed to travel one way. This should be clarified on your site.

This uhaul was pretty old had more miles which is normal but I really had an awful cigar smell in the driver's cabin which was insane. Guess either renters need to be mindful about this or uhaul team should see how clean they can rent the vehicle to a new customer. Renters need to be more careful here I guess. But the front office was good as always.
