My Best Location and best Customer service from the Manager /Owner herself.
DAN ZI’d recommend only because the location is convenient. The sales rep (KaRon) could use some customer service training though. Maybe he was just having a bad day but he seemed genuinely angry that people were there renting equipment.
JUSTIN CThe truck that they gave me had a worn tire that gave out on the drive, and the engine had a nock, but overall the facility and the workers were top notch.
Jamie MLook at the equipment before it's rented out. First flat tire I thought I might have ran over something. Second flat tire something is wrong with this trailer. Come to find out the leaf spring was broke. Nobody cared to inspect it before it's rented out.

ALBERT TThis was my first time renting anything from U-Haul, and a couple of things happened that made me feel taken advantage of. First of all, the mileage listed on my contract was slightly lower than the actual mileage on the vehicle. When I got into the van and saw this, I made the assumption that because it was a small percentage point (.4), that you didn’t count that small of a mileage, so I didn’t say anything. However, when I was charged for mileage, I saw that I was in fact charged for every percentage point. The difference here is obviously only about $.40, but I still felt that it was dishonest. The second thing that happened had to do with replenishing the gas used during the rental. The representative at Uhaul explained that I wouldn't necessarily get a vehicle with a full tank, and that I was only required to return the van with the amount I started with. This of course makes sense, but my tank started on full, and I had no idea that the gas tank of the van would be able to take more gas than just the amount that would return it to full. In other words, when you fill up a car's gas tank, the fuel dispenser will shut off automatically when the tank is full, but this did not happen with the van, so I ended up returning the van with twice the amount of fuel I needed to. And yes, I am aware that there was a chart on the contract showing gallons required to fill up, but I figured that that was for when you received a tank that wasn't 100% full (my mistake, but I can't imagine I am the only person who figures that the fuel dispenser will stop at full just like it does in other cars). This all just feels very shady to me. I was planning on renting a van from Uhaul once a month, but I no longer plan to.

BRYAN OBecause of the long lines and insufficient staffing, we waited almost an hour to get our truck. Also, my contract states the fuel gauge was at 5/16 when it was barely 1/4.

JULIE BCustomer service when we came to pick up was very very slow, we had our movers waiting for us and we're almost an hour late to meet them with the truck because the whole check out process took over half an hour. Only one clerk was working the desk and it was very chaotic and disorganized

RICHARD VU-haul website says is 24/7 dropoff but is not true I went around 9 and it was closed and the entrances were blocked by the vehicles so I wasn't able to do a self drop off.

The customer service was unwelcoming and unprofessional, including the staff swearing and talking poorly about another customer, in front of new customers. The website was glitchy so I was unable to submit the photos of the condition of the truck. I was unable to park in the lot and had to leave my car about 3 blocks away (even though this was a same-day trip). All of this combined with inefficient offerings ($1 per mile in addition to other fee's is exorbitant). Will not be returning.
DEVON REverything was perfect. We arrived at the location and the representative immediately came out and assisted with the return. No changes needed.
EVANGALINA AI had a 7am pickup but I couldn't actually get the truck at that time because the store opened at 7am and there were other customers waiting for the store to open. The earliest pickup time should be about 30 minutes after the store opens so we can have an accurate morning pickup time.
DAVID SThis was my first time renting at U haul and I did notice a couple a things that made my experience not so great . The truck was given to me at almost empty less 1/4 of a tank. And the inside of the truck was dirty and grimy. We reserved the truck weeks in advance with a dolly and we did not receive a dolly that made our moving experience harder. I was told there was no availability on dolly's that day. But regarding the Staff they were all nice and friendly so that was good.
GRACIELA PEveryone I spoke to at the uhaul I visited we're so helpful and friendly. They were able to help me reserve a truck and helped me back it out of its location too. It was an overall great experience.

LINDA REverything was phenominal. Pickup was in and out in 5 minutes ! Return was before-hours with the self-return feature. Went well...only issue was that the lot entrances were all blocked to keep people from driving in. If you want to promote self-returns, should make it possible for people to drive IN to the lot to return their equipment.

DANIELA CThe incredibly offensive, rude and disrespectful man who checked me out after I returned the truck needs to be fired. I WILL NEVER use U-HAUL again I was told I could return the truck later than the time I had first stated. I was unaware that the U-Haul lot close at a certain time So when I tried to return the truck. I was unable to do so. My car was left in the lot over night and my windshield whippers got stolen Instead of apologizing to me about not being informed that the lot closes. The U-Haul worker “white guy, brown hair, aprox 5’8. Was working February 16th aprox 2:30-3pm. He argued with me about not returning the truck. I explained and he refused to listen to me I was in there for 45 mins repeating what happened. He wouldn’t let me leave and said I would have to pay more etc The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
JESSICA Dthey over charged me on two separate occasions. two weeks ago they charged me for extra day when I return the equipment a day early and Sunday they added an fuel surcharge when I return they equipment we the exact fuel I was given so I would not recommend to any one we telling the truth

Jay SDue to my phone's poor connection, the attendee used her phone and took a picture of my driver's license. I thought she should not of used her phone with my personal information. It was busy, I was rushed by the staff, because she had no one else to help at the time. Staff was not as welcoming and friendly.

It drove incredibly well, was pretty clean, the mirrors made it very easy to drive, and your staff was super nice. I don't hope to move again anytime soon, but if I do I will use this location for sure. Thank you!

ALMA LThe van to be rented was damaged and the staff didn’t know about it. Also, they are very lazy and talk more about lunch then getting me on my way. They also incorrectly billed me and I asked them to correct it and they still haven’t corrected it.

ERICKA CThis was a horrendous experience start to finish. It took over an hour to get checked in and actually take the truck. Then upon return the system tried to charge me extra fees for fuel and timing when that wasn’t accurate. If an employee hadn’t arrived early to the site I wouldn’t have been able to access the truck and it took another actual employee to help me with checkout so I wouldn’t be overcharged. Absolutely terrible experience using the app and I hate this version.
