Just disappointed that i left with an 1/8 tank of gas and returned with a 1/4 tank and was charged for 15.00 for fuel.
Pat HKeep the current manager,WILLIAM ! I've rented a truck here at least once a week for several years and it's been great since he has been here.very organized and professional .the trucks are clean and well maintained. I can't say enough good.about this location !!!
David DWell for starters the place smelled like poop bad. I waited in line for like 20 minutes with one person in front of me. She got tired of waiting and walked out. The truck itself was clean and unremarkable, it did the job. The fees however were a little deceptive. Advertised at $29 dollars I wound up being charged $100 (for a deposit) and after all the fees they tacked on plus the gas it cost me over $100 to go 30 miles.

Adewale BThis was my first time renting a u-haul and I was told that I could drop off the truck after hours, I would just have to ensure the key was all the way in the drop box. However, I woke up the next day with an additional charge because I did not complete the "after hours form". I was not made aware that I would have to do that.

Robert bWilliam was an absolute superhero. My company G-Force Aircraft Maintenance needed three large trucks last minute for a few employees to go from Indianapolis to Greensboro. William got right on it and came through. Phone calls. Updates and acquiring what we needed on short notice. That man is top notch.
jose oI have used U-Haul in the past. The most recent experience displayed to me the improvements they have made. I used the branch on West Washington in Indianapolis. There were newer trucks, more variety among them. More staff and faster service. And pre-registering online was easier than I anticipated. I literally had nothing negative. So this all seemed like a good reason to submit a review for once.
DONALD MApp would not work it kept glitching so I called the location and there was a wonderful person. Ashley who helped me and she made it so easy. She was so kind. She explained everything I rented the vehicle. When I went in, she was very nice and kind and treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable getting the vehicle. She explained everything very well. She answered all my questions. .

OLUMIDE ABumper was hitting the front right tire the whole ride mentioned nobody seemed care. The van only started twice I was force to buy a battery jump starter. I want a discount or a refund for this 189 jump starter

OLADOTUN FSize and location of property makes logistics difficult. Pick-up and drop-off times of vehicles is wound so tight. When I arrived I found out the truck I was supposed to rent was scheduled to arrive exactly the same time I was supposed to be able to leave with it, and it never showed up. I was forced to rent a different truck and leave far later than I planned, and had to bring it back far sooner than I'd intended. Very poor organization, and the truck I was forced into had a massive exhaust leak that affected its performance and let fumes into the cab.
ZACHARY KI had gone to u haul on east st in Indy made a reservation got there and they did not have trailer so the manager said she would take 50.00 off bill and sent me to another store on lynhurst I have not received my 50.00 credit
CHRISTOPHER LMy initial reservation was with Wagners on west Washington Street in Indianapolis. Weceere scheduled for pick up at 10 AM. As if 10:20, they had not opened. I contacted customer service who quickly found what I needed close by. I have never been let down by uhaul before. Thank you to the support team

DWAYNE TI returned my rental a day earlier and was not returned the money for the day I did not use the rental. I returned it clean and with a full tank of gas and the company said the tank was not full and is charging me $13 for less than a gallon of gas. No one told me when I picked up or dropped off the rental that I would be charged for extra miles if the guess on the miles was wrong. The female employee at the Lynhurst and West Washington Street location was rude and insulting. My son said he could smell her. She needed to take a shower. I am being unfairly and Prejudicely charging $127 . I'm on disability and I'm contacting my attorney .

FRANTZ STo Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the service Steve’s Flowers and Gifts received from U-Haul during the recent Valentine's Day holiday. As a florist in Indianapolis, we rely on pre-booked rentals to manage our peak delivery volume, yet our experience this year was highly problematic. Despite our reservations, the vehicles were not available at our designated pickup location. This forced our team to visit multiple sites to secure the necessary equipment, resulting in a significant loss of time and money during our busiest period of the year. Furthermore, we were recently contacted regarding "wrong location fees" for several returns. These vehicles were only returned to alternate locations because U-Haul failed to provide them at our primary, convenient location as originally scheduled. It is disappointing that after the logistical challenges and lost sales caused by these fulfillment errors, we are now being charged additional fees for a situation created by U-Haul’s inability to follow through on our booking. MATTHEW WFront door was told it didn’t work when I arrived and to come in the side door. No sign posted it was out of order. Also the door worked when I returned the product later that day. Employee smelled of marijuana strongly. Walk around the trailer indicated left turn/ brake light was out. No options of changing the bulb or changing trailers.

JANELLE BTHIS WAS ACTUALLY THE SECOND LOCATION, The first location was at 220 S. Belmont Indy IN 46222. This location had all kinds of issues #1 I was told he opened at 8am, nobody showed up until 8:30am. Then the computer wouldn't work, It was a Truck repair shop very dirty. However, the man there did get me hooked up with the men at the Washington St address. Those guys rocked walked right in and in a few minutes we were hooking trailer up. He took pics and checked lights etc and we were rolling!! I'd give these guys an A ++++ 1st guy a C-

PATRICIA GMake sure the customer has all equipment they need. We asked to rent a dolly and furniture dolly, but it wasn't added to the order. So just double check before completing transaction.

JOHN YYou should leave it as it is ,I rent a truck at least once a week sometimes more from this location ,you could retain records and shorten the pickup time for customers that rent weekly ,but this store always does great ,you have good people!!!
DAVID DThe equipment was pretty clean but I think it was just because it was a new unit. The service was top 3 worst establishments I’ve even walked into. First it smelled like sewage and to top off the customer service was even worse. I almost rather smell the sewage than talk to those people. They were rude with me and other customers. I will nooot go back there again.
