Employee gave my reservation for tow dolly to someone else even though I said I would come later in the day to pick it up. I then had to call customer service to reserve another tow dolly, but the only available one would be the day after early morning at another location. They had the nerve to think a $50 credit was a good enough apology. The next day comes and it turns out the new location doesn't have the tow dolly and that they will only have it until later in the evening. So I had to make another reservation for a tow dolly at a location 35 MILES away where I had to pay AGAIN for the tow dolly reservation. This caused my move-out plans to be delayed by a day and make me spend more time and money. I was highly frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole experience. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. I will make every effort not to go through Uhaul again.

Improve the card readers and how they interact with the computer system. I would not allow me to use the reader, it was frozen and it had to be entered by the staff member manually.

I would take a few minutes to clean the inside of the drivers cabin. Truck was very dirty inside. Besides that customer service was excellent.

I rented a pickup truck from the Lynhurst location on Thursday evening, 12/21/2017, and the young man operating the store was a real trooper. There was a computer problem, with lots of customers waiting behind me. When he called his supervisor, even he was unable to help. The sales associate kept hammering away at one solution after another until he found one that worked. He was persistent, determined and tenacious, and deserves recognition for that. Fortunately, the patiently waiting customers behind me were all in good holiday spirits as well!

don't lie about taking cash. was told cash payments weren't taken and they were "making a one time exception" (acted like we were massively inconveniencing them) but when i came in to receive my refund another couple was making a cash payment

Overall customer service was very horrible and truck roller door nearly worked didn't hear anything from them until 2 days after returning the truck!! Then was argued with and discharged if I could I would give 0 stars and not recommend to anyone after the experience I've had!!

Guy checking in the truck on return took 4 packs of cigarettes, a yaohoo and 2a Starbucks mocha still bagged in the cab while doing the walk around. They had been purchased only moments before when I fueled the truck. The truck it’s self was super clean, ran excellent and was in perfect shape. The owner who rented to me was awesome. Too bad about the shady yard help.

Only problem I had was the ignition on the truck. They warned me that I might have trouble with it and I did. Not a big deal but each time I went to start it it took a few tries before I could get it started. You have to pull on the key and then push it in to get it to work. It would finally work but a little annoying.

scheduled rental. was not avaliable when I arrived. wsa sent to another location. I lost 2 hours of my time and uhaul refused to pay milage difference. Pathetic experience. Uhaul sucks.

The price indicated on the sign is not the price you wind up paying after mileage. It was more than double and I only drove it 20 miles. Seems a little misleading and dishonest to me. But the people were helpful.
