Tracie WIt is very annoying to have to do all the work to rent one of your trucks. The guy just basically handed me the keys.after I did all the paperwork and then still had to go outside find the truck and take pics of everything. I don't work or uhaul!!!!!!

PATRICIA RThere is one reason I would recommend this location. That is Benjamin W. He is a excellent example of a professional worker. He took the time to help me with my reservation when I arrives, I was having challenges completing my rental. When I returned I again experienced challenges checking out. Both time other people just said go do this or that, but if they took a few seconds to assist it makes a word of difference. I know everyone wants to do everything fast but I would probably had left without Benjamin W. assistant. It only took a couple of seconds. Thank you again for the caring, excellent service Benjamin W. I took time to write this because, my wife had been planning this move of a few items for weeks, it blessed her so I am blessed.

He was able to get a truck, but not the size that we want, but that was OK and then he advised us the next time just go ahead and and then an appointment ahead of time so that the truck can behealed
WILLIAM KServices from the Supervisor and a lot of the employees are unprofessional . The amount of of verbal sexual harassment going on in that particular Service Center is ridiculous. The customer service all around since The supervisor Kenneth got demoted is just trash!!

Marian BThe front desk agent was rude and disrespectful. She was not helpful at all. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walk through the door. Also she never stood up out her chair. I asked for help with returning my truck, all she kept saying was everything was done online without assisting me. She needs some customers service training.
