Patricia EI was very disappointed with my recent U-Haul rental experience. The amount I was charged for this truck was extremely high, and I do not believe the mileage charges were accurate. I was told that the mileage was calculated by the computer system, but I personally tracked my miles during the rental and my records showed fewer miles than what I was ultimately charged for. When I questioned the discrepancy, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. As a customer, I expect transparent and accurate billing. Instead, I left feeling as though I was overcharged and taken advantage of. I recommend that anyone renting a truck carefully document their starting and ending mileage and review their final bill closely. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am not confident that I was charged fairly.

Darlene CGreat location, clean equipment and super friendly service. Reservation was at 10AM but I did not pull out until 10:30AM. The WiFi at this location is very slow. Took me 30 MINUTES to complete registration and get the keys. Please invest in faster WiFi.
Phomika PI recently received outstanding service in the Suitland/Temple Hills/Marlow Heights area, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and professional. I interacted with four gentlemen at different points during my visit, and each one contributed to making the experience smooth and pleasant. The supervisor—whose name I unfortunately forgot—was truly exceptional. He had a Louisiana accent and carried himself with a level of professionalism and care that stood out. He is, without a doubt, a top-tier supervisor. Mr. Michael, my service representative, was equally impressive. He was gentle, kind, and highly professional throughout our interaction, ensuring everything was handled with care. I also want to acknowledge the two other gentlemen who assisted me—one who finalized my service and another who handled my equipment. Their support did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate their help as well. If possible, please extend my gratitude to the entire team. Their commitment to excellent customer service truly made a difference
Patrice PFirst they had 1 employee a day before 05/01 I was suppose to pick up at 10:30 I end up leaving after 11 and my movers was waiting on me at my house which went into my moving time, check engine light was on and the truck stunk bad also the service in the area suck when it’s time to complete your return
Calvin TCustomer service was excellent. I was a walk in. The representative walked me through the reservation process and I had a truck in a fes minutes. Drop off was just as easy.
JACQUELYN JEverything was ok but the truck had no gas in it. It was actually 13 miles until empty. I wasn't sure if it would get to a gas station, the gauges aren't always accurate. I asked and was told to just return it like that.

keith jIf information were more clear on one way rentals. I reserved a 2 wheel dolly and a four wheel dolly with my rental truck. I was told that because of my one way rental, this particular location could not accommodate my four wheel dolly due to lack of supplies. This should have been made known on the confirmation call the day before my pickup. This was frustrating because, I flew in from another state to pick up my storage items and I was alone so I needed the Dollie’s to make my solo move easier. Luckily the employee was nice about to provide a 2 wheel dolly. Please be more clear on satellite locations inventory to make sure the can accommodate the customers reservation request and it needs to be verified on the call on the day before the scheduled pickup.

Cornel DI had to continuously jump the truck because the battery kept dying. When I called to let your staff know that this was happing, he suggested I have the truck towed back the to the location. Then they would charge me for a knew truck when my son heard that his response was no. We had already started loading the truck. They should bring us a truck. The staff member told my son to pull up-to come see him. So this took me 2 days to do something that could have been done in one day.

JAZZY WI rented a 15 ft truck yesterday and 6 hours. I ended up having to pay $230 plus $30 for gasoline. Drove a total of 60 miles. That was not worth it. I remember back in the early 2000's I had a truck for 2 days and paid less than I did. I will not be using U-Haul ever again
