The people working there were great! They helped me get in and out in less than 5 minutes, including carrying the boxes to the truck with me. I have a bad knee and the help was well needed and appreciated. I have a big move coming up and I plan I using U-Haul and hiring the available workers to load the truck. I did that when I moved in and it was SO much less expansive over using a moving company. I did that once (Not a Happy Story) and never again; U-Haul all the way.
GARY PRudest location imaginable , unhelpful staff, even with people there they claim they can not do anything themselves and it’s all just you on the app. I worked for a uhaul years ago I know it’s simply untrue but didn’t want to go on with the employee who was being mean to everyone and in the back literally talking smack about customers to their gm, he was very mad to be asked for assistance when the app did not work well.

shayla fI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your name St. Barnabas rd. /Marlow Heights store. My experience raised serious concerns about both customer service standards and workplace professionalism. Upon arrival, I was unable to find an employee to assist me and had to walk through the entire store—including the break room and out the back door—before locating someone. When I did find an employee, he refused to provide his name, which I found unprofessional and concerning. Throughout our interaction, the employee remained on a FaceTime call. Disturbingly, during this call, the individual on the other end asked him if he wanted her to come to his job to fight me. This was highly inappropriate, created an unsafe atmosphere, and made me feel threatened while on your premises. Furthermore, I observed that the vehicle I was being assisted with had not been gassed up in advance, indicating a lack of preparation and customer care. Overall, the conduct and circumstances during my visit fell far below reasonable professional and safety standards. I request that this matter be addressed promptly, including reviewing employee conduct, reinforcing customer service and professionalism training, and ensuring a safe environment for all customers. I look forward to receiving a response regarding the actions you plan to take to address this serious issue. When I spoke to the manager today, he said he would look into it and give me a call back. I have not received a follow up call as of yet.

Tanya ETruck Availability was perfect! The Management-Staff, were very helpful. I was having some trouble with the reservation process. They helped me get everything done. Good Vibes. No Attitudes. I needed to extend my rental for an extra day. The App allowed me to complete my task, easily. I will definitely return to This location again!
Tammie MI had to park across the street (walked acrossed 6 lanes) because they didnt allow parking on their lot which wasnt stated. I was also having issue with app and the representative told me i had to call the coporate office or couldnt rent with uhual.

Keith CPlease make sure that the location was staffed properly because it was very crowded which made it difficult for people to ask questions and also I had a problem with not receiving the items that I requested and also was overcharged but the location was convenient to me

Tracie WIt is very annoying to have to do all the work to rent one of your trucks. The guy just basically handed me the keys.after I did all the paperwork and then still had to go outside find the truck and take pics of everything. I don't work or uhaul!!!!!!

PATRICIA RThere is one reason I would recommend this location. That is Benjamin W. He is a excellent example of a professional worker. He took the time to help me with my reservation when I arrives, I was having challenges completing my rental. When I returned I again experienced challenges checking out. Both time other people just said go do this or that, but if they took a few seconds to assist it makes a word of difference. I know everyone wants to do everything fast but I would probably had left without Benjamin W. assistant. It only took a couple of seconds. Thank you again for the caring, excellent service Benjamin W. I took time to write this because, my wife had been planning this move of a few items for weeks, it blessed her so I am blessed.
