ANDREW FReserved trailer with ramp. Went to Pick up trailer, no ramp. Trailer with the ramp was sent to the drop off location instead of the pickup location. There was a tail light out also.

JOHN PThe only thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was that I’m being charged for two days when I didn’t even have the trailer for a full day. There was no option to rent it for one day. I have rented the trailer before and only had to pay for one day. When did this change?

chris dYou rented me a truck that was not safe to drive the breaks went and I was unable to stop while driving, had a hard time trying to stop at a light and was rolling into traffic. When I dropped it off we spoke to a gentleman and let him know he checked it and sure enough breaks didn’t work. So they still charged me full price for a vehicle that should of never been rented out..
