James GI was there for an over an hour trying to drop off a vehicle that I was apparently not supposed to have. This was due to no fault on mine or the middletown location. The team there did everything they could as quickly as they could, it's just the name of the game with the uhaul process.

PETER AVery friendly and polite. Helpful as always. I love doing business with them. My only complaint is that I wish they would at least give a 5 mile leeway to get to where you are going. I spend more miles trying to get home with the truck then otherwise. I know its company rules but maybe the company can give at least 5 miles for people. Nothing against anyone at all. No problems at all. Customer service is fantastic.
DAWNMARIE DWindshield was filthy, the back door has extremely hard to close. I wasn't happy that I needed to remove the hand truck that I didn't use because I needed the room to pack all the stuff I had.

John OTried to book a short rental in person, was told nothing was available. Booked online, truck was available. Driver door would not properly close. 1.5 hour rental, no further issues with location. Truck may need refreshed soon due to age and interior aesthetics. Friendly staff.

KEITH KThe Staff at Middletown, NJ Location was EXCELLENT!!! Dan the manager was extremely helpful. He asked me the right questions & realized I had reserved a truck that was too big for my move. He showed me a brand new Cargo Van that was easy for me to drive & spacious enough to transport my stuff. Also more cost effective than renting a larger truck that was not needed. I had a long drive in front of me on a very rainy day. The Van was great in bad weather. I felt safe while driving on main parkways & over bridges in bad weather. When I arrived to return, Middletown’s staff greeted me w/ a smile asked how my move went & willing to help me unload stuff into my car. Great Place, I will recommend them to others. Best UHaul Experience I have Ever Had. Thank you, Ellee

dwayne cTrucks are old and need maintenance. Truck the was provided had a seat with missing foam so i was leaning left the whole ride. Steering needed a desperate alignment, and oil change light warning came on during my drive. I feel like for 125,000 mile truck it would be time to replace when someone is paying close to $100 to rent it for the day when there are other options in the price range with newer vehicles such as home depot. Staff was great though.
