ABELINA OWe recently rented a U-Haul trailer and overall had a good experience. The staff was helpful, the rental process was smooth, and the trailer itself worked perfectly with no mechanical issues during our trip. The only area that could really use improvement is cleanliness. The inside of the trailer was quite dirty when we picked it up, and the moving blankets were also not very clean. A little more attention to cleaning and inspecting equipment before rentals would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything went well and we appreciate the good service.

Oliver BEnsure that your system is up and working at all times this includes any backup systems that is used, do any computer maintenance/upgrades at a time that will not impact customers. When customers have to wait from a half hour to over an hour and half to complete a rental contract it makes them want to use another rental company.

Jorge TYour drop off procedures in the app need some fixing. I had to retake the pictures 3 times because if the app thought my phone tilted sideways even a little, it would delete all the photos I'd already uploaded.made a 5 minute task take 20 minutes. As a woman dropping the truck off in an empty lot at 8:30 at night, this was not ideal.

DANIEL VMe or the yard person didn't realize the straps on the car trailer were broke had to improvise securing a car 60 miles away, when I call this morning another employee didn't seems to interested and I would bet didn't redtag the trailer even though it isn't in working order. QIANA BI Only have 1 problem with the truck that I rented I probably should have opened the back door I didn't, but when I did There was a dolly attached to the wall a long with a big bag also attached to the wall of the truck with moving blankets All this equipment was in my way it used up at least a 3 foot square area that I couldn't use And I definitely wasn't going to remove this stuff and get charged for it When I Actually first seen it inside the truck I Felt That I was being pressured to use it! and Not Allowed to use that Rented area of space that I Was Expecting to

John RCharge for what we actually used. At the time of pickup i was charge for 100 miles, when I took it back with only 70 miles the kept what they charge me at first, no refund, you guys know how to steal money, but I'll take this to a lawyer.

JAMIE NCompletely unprofessional, over charged me $1300+, gave me the wrong equipment, employee didn’t set reservation to 24/hr pickup had to wait two hours for him to show up and he left his keys to business at home, had to conduct contract outside in freezing weather manager called and was completely unapologetic, rude and backed her employees and store. She should not be in management and I will never use U-Haul again.
